About Mo Burrell

Born and raised in Rabun! Licensed Electrician, Real Estate agent and Nurse.

Mo Burrell purchased this cabin in 2008

Why Mo Burrell chose Tiger

We built this cabin in 2008. Creek front property is hard to find in this area, privacy and creek front is rare! Location is everything, this cabin is literally located in the heart of our beautiful Rabun County, it's virtually 15 minutes from anything you desire to do recreationally, and about 5 minutes to historic downtown Clayton, yet feels secluded and removed from everything!

What makes this cabin unique

Creek side privacy and relaxation! Minutes to anything you could possibly want to do here in the gorgeous North Georgia Mountians!

Guestbook comments from the owner

We not are sure if the comment that gave a 3 out 5 stayed at the same place we did. You could eat off the floors. The driveway is down hill, but we are in the MOUNTAINS. There are new pots and pans, the owner pays to have folks clean it, she had no idea they needed new pots until the previous guest left a bad review. Would highly recommend to anyone. Much nicer than many places we've stayed.

Perfect Stay!

  • 5 of 5

Mo went above and beyond what any homeowner would normally do! The house was spotless and everything was perfect! She even worked with my Mom to surprise us with flowers, a cake, and a personalized candle for our 11th wedding anniversary! I highly recommend this house to everyone!

Beautiful and cozy

  • 5 of 5

The cabin was beautiful, cozy, well decorated, clean and had everything you forgot to bring! Beds were comfortable and we loved the French doors from the bedroom to the porch which was also very nice and equipped with comfy cozy patio furniture. We will book again if we come this way again! Owners were super nice and helpful with giving info on the area for things to do and places to eat! Great stay! I recommend to anyone visiting the area as it is close and convenient to everything!

Perfect Cabin

  • 5 of 5

This cabin is amazing. Loved that bedrooms are split, and the main living area is spectacular. Kids enjoyed gliding in their socks across the squeaky clean hardwood floors. Would highly recommend for a quiet, secluded retreat, but only minutes to so much to do!

Nice location and area

  • 3 of 5

The cabin needs a good thorough cleaning and freshening up. And the frying pan look like it was used for a hammer, From all the dents in the bottom. And the driveway is rather steep as mentioned and other reviews. All in all a nice place just need some attention.

Owner's Response: Unfortunately, I was traveling during your stay. I do wish you'd have let me know about the pans. As, I was traveling myself a lot, I had hired a different crew to clean for the months of October and November, although it was not as immaculate as I would have done myself, I again wished you'd of called me with your issues. Seeing as we freshly stained, painted, and landscaped, the last week in October, I'm not sure what we needed to be "freshened". Guest going further, can be assured this cabin is immaculate, and we bought an entire set of new cookware. Any guest that stays......needs to feel free to call me if they have issues, the second they find them, not after your stay on the review. Read the rest of the reviews.

Wonderful birthday weekend!

  • 5 of 5

Very nice place. Accommodated 7 adults very comfortably. As mentioned before, first time on the driveway was a little scary and our GPS had us go in a circle but we loved it and it was very close to everything we needed. Enjoyed the Dillard House too; delicious lunch. If there was any downside, I might say we were hoping for gas logs but it was just an electric fireplace. Otherwise, lovely!

Had a wonderful time at your cabin. The cabin was nice and very clean. The driveway was a little bit scary at first, but got use to driving it as the week went on. We had everything we needed to cook with, and enough space for the 4 of us. Thanks for everything.
