A mix of contemporary and mountain design elements create an open floor plan with views of the mountain ranges from every room.

Enter our home through the front door and walk into the 2 story foyer with enormous views of the valley and mountain range. The house is built around the foyer. To the left of the foyer you enter the 2 story kitchen, dining space and 2 living rooms. In one living room enjoy the warmth of the gas fireplace and in the second living room - the one with the contemporary gray Lignet Roset couch and Barcelona chairs - enjoy a wonderfully cozy space to sip your morning coffee, watch the wildlife pass by or read a book. From the foyer you walk up a set of stairs to the Master Suite which contains a bathroom, walk-in closet and bedroom. Located on the main floor to the right of the foyer is the half guest bath, 2nd Bedroom, full bath and 3rd Bedroom. Never seen such a beautiful home. Kudos to the people who built and design it.

located close to the city but just enough privacy you don't have to worry about others. no noise pollution let alone light pollution. The stars were amazing and so were the views. Money was very well spent!

Great house

  • 5 of 5

We had a great time. House is modern, absolutely stunning view. They are deer feeding outside your window every morning. It is quiet and very relaxing. My daughters already want to go back. I am not sure if this property is avaiable in the summer, but if it is we will try to go back.

Heavenly Mountain Home!

  • 5 of 5

My family and I spent the holidays in this wonderful home - it is a dream! It is luxurious, well built and lovingly kept - excellent finishes and comfortable furnishings. We felt like we were in a five star luxury resort - the home sits on a hillside with mountain views from every window! The spacious open plan kitchen/living area is perfect for a family vacation. We enjoyed sitting in the hot tub under the stars as well as sitting inside by the cozy fireplace. Kerstin is a wonderful hostess and was prompt and extremely accommodating in her communication with us. I would highly recommend this home for a memorable vacation and would definitely book again!

SO so sad. We've stayed at many home rentals. First one with issues. So sad was going to return.

  • 1 of 5

The wifi signal to the outdoor living area was nonexistent. The owner stated this was a known problem and a wifi extender needed to be added to the house. We could either wait 7 days for them to return or drive thirty minutes to buy a wifi extender(was reimbursed). This was an inconvenience that cut into our vacation plans. Then the refrig broke. We contacted the owner who suggested we use a small dorm size refrig in the garage while he contacted a repairman. We lost a fair amount of money due to spoiled food. The owners were out of town and no property manager existed, we put our plans on hold to make sure we were at the home when the repairman came by.We put our plans on hold again the following day to make sure we were at the house when a rental was delivered.A few days later, the internet in the house wasn’t working properly. We contacted the owners and they arranged for a technician to come to the house and again wanted us to be there. They finally arranged for one of their friends to be there. We called the owner after the technician arrival and were told the technician said everything was working properly. We knew this couldn’t possibly be the case so we cancelled our plans and drove back to the house. The tech took approx 2 hrs to reconfig it to working wifi. The next week the owner dropped off my wife’s package at the house. The owner walked through the house.Someone walking in unannounced and while we are not there? The owner admonished us for not keeping the door shut via text. The doors blow open if they are not locked(we didn’t know).Later they stopped by again unannounced to pick up a package for himself.Again lectured us for having the doors open in the house. We were home this time and were sitting right next to the open doors watching our children play outside. We were informed that we would not be receiving all of our deposit back. The reason given was the owners found mice and ants in the house(this house is in the country)and they said this was to the doors being left open. They complained of stains on the couch and hardwood floor(again should be covered by the cleaning fee). When we first arrived there were insect traps on the floor so this is obviously a known problem. If there are mice in the house, there is no way to completely know when/how they got in.225$ of our deposit was kept with the justification being it was needed to cover the costs of cleaning stains on the floor and the couch.Required insurance would not cover "this is normal wear/tear”

Relaxing and beautiful stay

  • 5 of 5

The pictures of this house do not do this place justice. The house was stunningly beautiful with amazing views of the mountains. If you are looking for a quiet and relaxing mountain get away, this place is it.
