This unique property has 2 studios that can be combined into a 2-bedroom 2-bath unit, or rented separately as individual units. Both units have private entrances so groups traveling together can still be in one property but have separate spaces.

The larger studio has a full kitchen and a queen-size murphy bed, the other studio has a full-size bed with kitchenette (refrigerator, microwave, hotplate). Both units are fully furnished, have hardwood floors, and an upgraded kitchen.

Not that great...

We stayed for 4 nights and got to take 2 showers the entire time, one of them was with ice cold water, the toilet backed up on the first night. After letting Hazel know, both things were addressed, the toilet timely and quickly, that night, but not the shower, that took a few days to convince that there was a problem and then for parts ect. Luckily we rented both units and could use our friend's bathroom. The other unit had an ant and bug problem that went unattended. We did get a $25/night refund for our issues. If you could invest just a bit more into these spaces it would be so much better - scrape the peeling paint/repaint, fix the electric outlet in the bathroom (I had to use my hair dryer plugged into an extension cord, plugged into a power strip in the kitchen) get an exterminator. It was inexpensive, an okay location, you get what you pay for...

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. We strongly recommend people to book this place. Below is the list of PROs and CONs list.

PROs: The building is very close to the bus stop. We took the number 2 bus to go to Waikiki beach, Chinatown, Diamond Head, Farmer market. Walk about 2 or 3 blocks to Waikiki Trolley Pink Line at Gateway hotel. We rode this Trolley Pink Line to go to Ala Moana Center. This condo is clean, organized, quiet, secure, and convenience. FREE parking on the street. Laundry room is on the 5th floor. The rooms have very strong Wifi, working AC, comfortable beds and excellent view. Pretty adequate kitchen supplies: rice cooker (we loved this!!!), clean and spacious refrigerator, ice trays, clean microwave, blender, high quality knives, cutting boards, cups, ceramic bowls, plates, dishes, pots/pans. The canal is very close to the building. It's clean and relaxing, very good for morning walks or runs.

20 minutes walk to the beach, not bad for the people with strong legs.

CONs: These, to us, are minor things. Door frame of the main entry door needs attention. It would be nice to add a few more kitchen appliances/ supplies, such as toaster oven for pizza and baguette sandwiches, electric vegetable chopper, can opener, more garbage bags, toilet tissues and paper towels.

We definitely would come back next time and recommend this place to our friends.

Great place to stay!

We stayed here because it was a 5-minute walk to the convention center, and was very convenient. The place isn't huge, but it was clean, modern, and comfortable. The hotel has a pool and a lukewarm hot tub, plus grills you can use. Hazel was great to deal with and we all left very happy.

I wish we could have got more keys, we had a few instances where we had to go fetch or accompany each other to and from the lobby.

Solid condo

The unit(s) are in great shape and for 4 adults and 1 toddler it was plenty of space for our vacation. Good location. A bit of a walk from the beach but nothing too bad. Building is a bit rundown but the unit itself is in great shape.

Pros. Space for cost. 2 bathrooms was great. Came as advertised. Street noise is to be expected but didn't affect us as bad as one of the reviews put it. Elevator access was good. Parking was available on the street so we saved ourselves $25/day. Massive savings for 10 days so I recommend looking for parking. Some days might be tough but if you're patient enough they are out there.

Cons. Ran out of bathroom tissue during our 10 day stay. Not enough towels for the duration of our stay. I know there were laundry options but a second set of towels would be icing on the cake for this unit.

Overall a great unit and would consider again for any future visits.

Great place to stay!

We enjoyed staying at this unit. It was centrally located and nice to have 2 separate bedrooms. It was wonderful to have beach towels provided and Hazel was so accommodating with our requests. The complex was very secure as well.

Nice place and just right for 3 people when you combine both units.

Most everything was just as advertised. However, the parking rate has gone up to $25/day and the woman who works in the garage is one of the rudest people I've ever met. We only paid for parking one day and the rest of our stay we found street parking. Sometimes it took 15 mins to find a spot but it was worth not paying $25/day. Also, there is no ice machine in the building. Fortunately, there are ice trays in the refrigerators, so we were able to make our own ice. The views were wonderful if the city, ocean, and mountains. We had a great time in paradise!
