This well appointed 2 bedroom / 2 bathroom condo is just 2 blocks from great restaurants and shopping on 5th Ave, 1 block from a large grocery store (Mega) and 4 blocks from the beach.

The condo has air conditioning and a large terrace for outdoor dinning. Building amenities include: 2 elevators, a roof top pool, hot tub, a gym, an outdoor cinema, spa services and underground parking.

For those who appreciate cooking and fresh, organic fruits and vegetables, Playa’s best market, DAC, is only 2 blocks away.

ANAH is also only 3 blocks from Playa’s hot nightlife scene where you will find clubs, large and small, great cocktails and at its signature attraction, Coco Bongo, great entertainment.

ELECTRICITY CHARGES: In order to keep our prices low, 20 kW(Nov-May)/30 kW(June-Oct) per day are included in the price, for stays up to one week. After that, the guest is responsible for the electricity charges, at $0.35 per kW. To avoid extra charges & be at ease, we recommend to set the AC at 25 degrees. The extra fee is usually only charged to those staying longer than a week. Often the cost is around $5-7 per day if there is a charge.

Clean modern comfortable!

We loved this place. Checking in/out was very easy and quick ! The balcony was really nice. Each morning we would open fully open the huge sliding door and the fresh morning warm air felt very inviting. Kitchen was fully stocked. The complex was easy to navigate around, staff was very friendly. Having a safe place to park our car was really nice also. The condo was clean and comfortable. Loved the rooftop pool. Didn't know that they close the pool at 8pm though. We love night swimming so that stunk but they were cool about it. Just told us to be quiet. Also, their was no ironing board in condo FYI . But these are minor complaints. Overall we had a terrific experience and would love to come back !

Loved it!

We had such a great time at this condo. The place was beautiful, the pool and poolside bar were amazing and the staff were so helpful. They also kept the grounds so pristine and were constantly cleaning. Agustin was great throughout the whole process, and gave us lots of helpful information. The location was also perfect. Just far enough away from 5th that you don't have to worry about noise, but close enough that you can walk there multiple times a day and it's not a big deal. It was also super handy to have the walmart and oxxo so close by. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Wonderful condo. Brand new!

We spent three weeks at Anah .the condo is beautiful and new. The owner Augustin was very helpful. His arrival package of information contained many useful tips to make our stay enjoyable. The rooftop pool is amazing! The condo has wifi so it was easy to contact the owner by email if we needed anything. He always answered very promptly.You can walk to the Mega grocery store,a block and a half away. The walmart is also within walking distance. Only a three block walk to all the action on fifth avenue, but far enough away to be very quiet. Everything was so clean and beautiful! We had a lovely terrace to enjoy the morning sun,or eat outside. We would love to come again ! There is so much to do in the area and everything is so close by.We had an awesome time!

Anah is a wonderful place to relax!

Anah is a little slice of heaven in the heart of Playa del Carmen. The building is complete on the outside, and there are some units that are having the finishing touches done to the inside. There is virtually no noise from the work going on inside. The only noise you will encounter is street noise whenever you are outside.

The location is close enough to the beach and downtown to access restaurants, beaches, and nightlife, and far enough away from the hustle and bustle at night. Supplies are close by at the Mega, Walmart, Dac's, and several boutique bakeries and deli's. The bus station is a block away, and Anah's central location allows most Playa del Carmen attractions to be within walking distance.

The unit is extremely clean and well furnished. There is an air conditioner each of the main rooms. There is a washer/dryer unit available on each floor in a room near the elevator.

The owner is available through phone or email and responds promptly to any issues or requests. Las Flores representatives are extremely helpful and courteous.

We had a wonderful stay, and would definitely return to this property again.
