Fast and furious graduation weekend in this Old World decorated home. Very cozy and in the perfect location. Owner was fabulous to work with!!
The property is four blocks from the square and 3 acres of woods. Lots of wildlife and amazing since we are in the middle of town. The Snack Bar and Big Bad Breakfast are practically across the street and Gensi, a great sushi bar is too. The Handy Andy is two doors down with great barbeque. William Faulkner's grave around the corner and L.Q. C. Lamar Museum less than one block. This is a great walking neighborhood and very safe. Elvis's home Graceland, Memphis, TN less than an hour away and his birthplace less than an hour away in Tupelo, Ms. Oxford is a charming small town.
