Exceeeded our expectations, very cozy cabin.

Tastefully decorated, had everything you needed for the stay and then some. Love the pool table added bonus! Close to town & skiing area. Love the fireflys, owners were very gracious. We will definitely return!

Beautiful and cozy

  • 5 of 5

We had a great time staying at the Pinecone. It was peaceful, but close enough to everything that I wanted to see. The house itself was beautiful and cozy. We liked watching the goldfish in the ponds. But our favorite thing to do was to sit on the front porch and watch the ‘firefly lights’. I would definitely stay there again.

Just like camping/glamping

  • 5 of 5

Great cabin. Secluded location but only 3 to 10 minutes from 15+ restaurants. Cabin smelled like pine cones upon entry. Nice. Wine, cookies (for my wife and myself), and doggie treats (for Sadie) waiting. Very nice. Touches like small pine cones around the inside of the windows, amazing outside light show at night, and excellent pool table downstairs were just a few more features that topped this experience off. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was ready for any type of cooking. Will try to stay here again if ever in the Maggie Valley, Asheville, Cherokee area. Thanks to the hosts for sharing their cabin.
