This beautiful and private apartment is located less than a 2-minute walk from the beach of Condado and from Ashford Avenue, the heart of Puerto Rico's premier tourist area and one of the most important avenues in all of San Juan. Recently renovated and with beautiful decor and wall art, this property is conveniently close to all the action: designer stores, top-notch restaurants, incredible hotels, casinos, nightlife, bars, spas, beauty salons, and more are just steps away from your front door.
The spacious apartment is fully stocked and functional with Wi-Fi Internet, TV with Netflix for streaming only, and stocked, full kitchen (forks, knives, plates, cups, pots and pans). We provide the option of renting a dedicated mobile hotspot for $20/day plus applicable tax. Please ask about this service if you are interested.
The location is the perfect blend of island beach getaway and city convenience. Ashford Avenue is home to upscale boutiques land for local hangout spots like The Place, Small Bar, Di Zucchero, and Stop and Go. You're one quick block away from a Walgreens and one quick block away from the calming sound of waves brushing up against the sand. You can't beat it.
There are four bedrooms and three full bathrooms -one tiny but fully functional, plus a small bathroom in the main bedroom, a large kitchen, a dining room area, a very comfortable living room area and all bedrooms have air conditioning plus family area. The rental includes parking space for 2 vehicles.
Our Magic Team is always on call to make sure everything goes smoothly and your vacation is perfect. Just text or call, and they'll be there for you.
Also, ask about our concierge service! Our concierge can help make reservations, get private chefs, book boat charters, and buy groceries, just to name a few things. These additional services will be billed separately.

My Bday stay
If only there was cable, change of sheets and consistent wifi it would've been better. but overall the place was nice. The area was nice. we had a good house/property manager.
It did not work for us
The building was very noisy. The apartment would benefit from cleaning. The kitchen was equipped with very few mugs and glasses, so it was not very comfortable for 5 people.
The property is located in a residential area one block and a half away from the main street in Condado, one of the main touristic areas in Puerto Rico located about three minutes away from Old San Juan if driving. The building itself is not noisy at all. People that visit arrive sometimes loud and making noises as they come from a party area that is walking distance but we have strict contract clauses that supports the respect to our neighborhood and additional guests. There are no special activities to be held in the property and/or loud noises or music after 9:00pm. If anything is out of control and we receive any report we act immediately with good results. We are available for emergencies 24/7.
All our properties are carefully prepared and properly cleaned prior all our tenants arrival and inventory is updated after each visit. In this particular comment, the person who wrote arrived several days after their group and found what they already messed. Each condo. includes broom, dustpan and mop if needed. We encourage the customers to add their Property Damage Policy insurance to cover any missing items or damage to the property during their stay for this reason.
This property includes bedding and towels for up to 10 people and so the kitchen provided utensils, such as plates and mugs.
Also we provide as much information of things to do, where to visit and restaurants to go in order for you to enjoy and take advantage of the time while you are visiting our island.

BAIT AND SWITCH
I STAYED AT THE THIS LOCATION BETWEEN PROPERTY FROM APRIL 5 - 9 AND THE PICTURES AND THE DESCRIPTION WERE FOR ANOTHER LOCATION. I CHOOSE THE PROPERTY BECAUSE OF THE DESCRIPTION AND THE PICTURES. THE BATHROOM WAS NOT UPDATED LIKE THE PICTURES. THE KITCHEN WAS TOTALLY DIFFERENT THERE WAS NO MICROWAVE, NO SPICES. THERE WAS NO BROOM TO SWEEP UP THE SAND OR OTHER DEBRIS. THE TOLIET KEEP RUNNING AND THE KITCHEN SINK KEEP GURGLING WHEN WATER WAS GOING DOWN THE DRAIN AND WOULD COME UP ON THE OTHER SIDE. THE TOWELS THAT WERE LEFT ON THE BED FOR OUR STAY HAD A HUNG HOLE IN IT. THE LIGHTS KEPT GOING OUT AND THE AIR CONDITIONER IN THE MAIN BEDROOM DID NOT WORK. WE HAD TO SEARCH FOR THE REMOTES FOR THE AIR CONDITIONERS AND THE TV. THE TV REMOTE WE FOUND UNDER THE COUCH. WE WERE GIVEN A PASSCODE TO GET INTO THE BUILDING, BUT NOT HOW TO USE THE SYSTEM, WE HAD TO HAVE SOMEONE WHO JUST HAPPENED TO BE WAITING FOR SOMEONE IN THE BUILDING TO CALL INSIDE TO GET SOMEONE TO LET US IN. THEN WE HAD TO HAVE THEM SHOW US HOW TO USE THE PASSCODE. I CALLED AND TEXTED THE CONTACT PERSON AND RESPONSE WAS SLOW. WHEN I TOLD THEM MY ISSUE THAT IT WAS A BAIT AND SWITCH, I WAS TOLD THAT IT WAS A SIMILIAR UNIT TO WHAT WAS PICTURED. THE UNIT THAT WAS PICTURED AND THAT I AGREED TO STAY WAS THE ONE ACROSS THE HALL. THE MANAGEMENT AGENT BASICALLY TOLD ME THAT I DID NOT GET THE TOWEL WITH THE HOLE FROM THEM AND WHEN I TOLD HER ABOUT THE TOLIET RUNNING, I WAS TOLD THAT NO THAT IT HAD BEEN FIXED PRIOR. SO IF IT HAD BEEN FIXED, HOW WOULD I HAVE KNOWN. NOTHING ABOUT THIS RENTAL WAS WHAT I EXPECTED OR WORTH THE EXTRA MONTH THAT WAS SPENT. I DIDN'T GET WHAT I PAID FOR.
Property description and pictures are updated in a timely manner, maybe there was a confusion of other already searched listings in the area. We always have microwave, toaster, coffee maker and blender in all of our properties for our guests to use. We do not offer or provide spices in any of them. But we do have a nearby market where you can find anything needed. The laundry area is equipped with washer and dryer as well as broom, dustpan and mop if needed during your stay. We do inventory of kitchen items as well as towels and linens upon each customer group check-out and replace any damaged items for upcoming stays.
Prior the arrival of each group we send thru email all important documentation such as property rules and regulations, things to do during your stay, where to go and the code lock instructions with the reservation access codes in order to access the property. If you arrive within our labor hours there is someone always there for your welcome, show you the property and provide you with all the information you may need for your stay. For emergencies, we leave a copy of the keys in the property you can take with you and use it in case anyone forgets the codes for entrance. Our maintenance group is always available for any emergency that arises at any time that is reported. We do respect our customers’ privacy and keep communication with them in order to make any advice prior services to be performed.
Had of group of 13 so lucky we were able to find this property and another right across the street from each other they were in a perfect location with walking distance to the beach and bars we could not ask for more would def stay at this property again
Great location, 2 blocks from the beach, restaurant, bars, cvs, etc. Quick and cheap cab ride from airport, Old San Juan etc. The place was great, very nice decoration. 3 rooms with comfortable full-size bunk beds, one with a King size bed - a/c in all the rooms. The host always was accessible for us. Definitely we will rent it again!
Condado is one of the few areas in San Juan where pedestrian life still thrives. Within walking distance you'll have access to markets, stores, salons, spas, hotels, casinos, restaurants, beaches, cafes, boutiques, ice cream shops... everything! Getting to the beach is very easy, it's less than a 5-minute walk from the apartment! If you're in a hurry to have some fun in the sun, stop by Pinky's and grab one of their awesome original wraps and sandwiches to go. It's also a great spot for breakfast, and it's about 3 minutes from the apartment.
Right when you cross Ashford Avenue, you'll find La Concha Hotel where you can go for drinks at the bar or dine at Serafina, a great restaurant for groups and families. La Ventana al Mar (literally "the window to the sea") nearby is a beautiful green area with small restaurants where you can sit outside and enjoy gorgeous views of the ocean as you listen to the sound of the waves and enjoy a few drinks.
If you head East on Ashford Avenue, you'll be on the strip where you'll see plenty of shops and restaurants, but also convenience stores and pharmacies like Walgreens and CVS. There are also a few ATMs on the main avenue, so you're covered, no matter what you need!
If you keep going in this direction, you can reach Ocean Park Beach, another great spot for a beach day with friends or for enjoying water sports like kite boarding. You can also check out la Calle Loiza, another main street with a more relaxed feel to it. There's lots of creative new restaurants that are part of an exciting culinary scene. Check out Sabrina for sophisticated dining or Tresbé for casual but creative cuisine with outdoor seating. They have live music a few nights a week so it's a nice spot to hang out. If you're looking for more authentic "comida criolla" check out Bebo's or La Cueva del Mar, both on Calle Loiza. You won't be disappointed!
Old San Juan is a 10-minute car ride away. You can't miss this historic part of the city! It will amaze you to see the beautiful colonial architecture and sights like El Morro castle, which dates back to the 16th century. If you're looking for nightlife, you're at the right place with La Factoria and other cool bars on the San Sebastian street.
