This is a (NON SMOKING) one bedroom Condo with balcony overlooking the garden. Balcony has seating and table. The unit is Located in Building one on the second floor. It's a short walk, (100 yds) to the ocean. The condo has a queen and a double in the bedroom and a queen sleeper in the living room. wifi, cable TV in Living room and bedroom. Large bath room and second sink in dressing room. Full kitchen with all amenities, new glasses dished new cookware, coffee pot, hair dryer and a washer/dryer combination to top off the amenities. A large variety of towels and sheets are in the condo for the use of the renters, snorkeling equipment and beach floats and beach chairs. There are two TV s one in Living room one in bedroom all connected to cable. AC and ceiling fans available.

Fabulous

Altho Coral Beach has suffered much damage from last year's hurricane, I had a wonderful vacation . The condo I rented had everything anyone would need and of course, weather and the beach were absolutely fabulous. Looking forward to next spring for a return visit. Marjo Mason

Laid back spot in paradise

Louise was wonderful to deal with. She ensured that we arrived to a clean, comfortable condo. The condo unit itself was very spacious, and worked perfectly for a couple traveling with a toddler. The unit had all of the comforts of home (e.g. kitchen supplies, fresh towels, walk-in closet to "move into" and get comfortable, beach chairs, toys and snorkel gear). The Coral Beach complex has a great pool (not large, but big enough to swim lengths), nice pool bar (with happy hour!), and is steps away from a beautiful private beach. Adding to the charm of the Coral Beach complex were the residents and other guests, who over the course of our 10-day stay, we developed a great relationship with and who were kind, friendly and welcoming. You are also a short 5 min. drive away from Port Lucayan marketplace with restaurants and bars, but the unit itself has all the amenities you'll need to cook a good home cooked meal. Warning on the high food prices in Freeport, both in the restaurants and the grocery store....but hey, you're on vacation. The photos DO NOT do this place justice. If you want an alternative to the mega-resort setting on Paradise Island or elsewhere in the Caribbean and want a peaceful vacation, with the option to do activities or be adventurous (Gold Rock at low tide, snorkelling at Dead Man's Reef, great dive sites, Wednesday night fish fry, Bertha's Blue Dingy, and more), then look no further. Louise's rates for her unit were very reasonable and competitive. We'd stay again!!! Thanks, Louise!

Great Location

Louise was very prompt and friendly, answering all of our questions. The balcony overlooked the garden area and was very peaceful. The one bedroom was spacious, and it was a bonus to have a washer and dryer in the condo. It was great to have the complex right on the beach, and a bar/restaurant on the premises. Wifi and internet was very reliable. It was an easy 15 minute walk to Port Lucaya and a half hour to Solomons to buy groceries and then $1.25 each to take a public bus back with the groceries. (they don't always go right to the complex, so it's about a 5 minute walk). You can also walk to Ocean Reef to see all the boats and eat lunch at either the large restaurant or the outdoor one at the end of the dock. Best to buy your beer at the brewery, for a better price, but cabs tend to be expensive. One of best beaches we have been to.

Our stay was very enjoyable. The apartment we stayed in was very comfortable and welcoming. It had all of the comforts of home. The beach was fantastic and the weather was perfect. We were close to Port Lucaya so restaurants, casino and entertainment were nearby. If you love the beach, this is the place for you!

The reservation is non refundable, however the owner will apply the full amount paid to an alternative visit to the condo.
Owner will send an information sheet to all reserved renters. follow the rules and regulations for the condominium. The electrical and the water will be off when you arrive, and you should turn it off when you leave. Please pay close attention to the Owner's instructions regarding the electrical usage. Electricity is very expensive on the island and past guests raked up electric bills for one month of over $900.00!!!!
