From the last week of June through the month of August check in is on Monday's at 12 PM & check out is on Sunday at 3 PM.

During the pre and post season our check in and check out dates are flexible.

Located up a meandering wooden walkway, 56 Clipper Road is the perfect spot for your beach vacation. This large and inviting home is just 6 houses back from the beach! High end finishes throughout this modern 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath home, including espresso stained hardwood floors, marble & glass tile, and designer lighting & plumbing fixtures. Beautiful treetop views from the light filled second story. Expansive chef's kitchen with Bosch appliances, Ceaserstone countertops, marble floors, wine refrigerator, and quartz wrapped island with breakfast bar. House has heat and A/C in every room for your comfort and free WiFi. Oversized sliding glass doors lead from the open living area onto the large wraparound deck which features outdoor dining for 10 and a Weber grill.

The king sized master bedroom features deck access, walk in closet, and a spa-like en-suite bathroom with double vanity, delta fixtures, and river rock shower floor. Three additional spacious bedrooms. Listen to the sound of the waves while relaxing on the spacious stone patio with fabulous outdoor lounge area and 4' by 8' outdoor shower.

This house is available for weekly (Mondays - Sundays or Fridays – Thursdays), Midweek (Mondays – Thursdays) or weekend (Fridays – Sundays) rentals.

It is very important to us that each of our tenants has a great time during their stay. That being said, it is also very important to us to be respectful and considerate of our neighbors. Groups that are excessively loud and/or destructive will not be tolerated. If you feel this may be in issue for your party, please select a different property.

This home is managed by A2 Vacation Homes, a real estate property management company. A2 has full time Property Management staff on the island to ensure all tenants have a comfortable stay. Please note this home is not available on Craig's List; If someone is presenting it there, they are attempting to scam you.

House was in a great location and very convenient to town and the beach. Management company was very helpful from booking to check out. House was a bit dirty upon arrival. Also the house had significant wear and tear. (Marked walls, missing toilet paper holders etc)Finally the kitchen could use an extra AC unit as the living room unit was undersized for the complete upstairs area. All in all it was a great time.

Loved staying in Cornielle Estates because it's so close to Ocean Beach, yet so far from all the annoying rules and crowds. This house was close to the beach and perfect location, except it was a hike from the ferry so a lot of work to get everything there, but worth it. Sleeps 13 comfortably and to our surprise, the pull out bed in the living room was more comfortable than any of the beds. The only downside was that the beds were either too hard and stiff or very springy.

Great experience!

We had an overall great experience staying in this luxury home! Only a few houses from the beach and short walk from the main drag of town. The house was beautiful with top of the line appliances. It was the perfect size for our party of 9. I would definitely come back here!

A popular summer resort, Fire Island is known for its pristine beaches, tranquil atmosphere, and laid back charm. The island is 31 miles long and 2 - 3 blocks wide and is comprised of 18 distinct communities, each with its own unique character and vibe. Bordered to the north by the Great South Bay and to the south by the Atlantic Ocean, Fire Island’s beaches are world famous. Less than 50 miles from Manhattan to the Bay Shore Ferry terminal, many people come to Fire Island to escape the hustle bustle of New York City in a relaxing setting, without the attitude and pretension of the Hamptons. Cars are not allowed on the island in the summer months and are permitted during the winter only with a Federal permit. Walking and biking are the predominant forms of transportation, contributing to the island’s intimate, relaxed atmosphere. Residents use wagons to transport luggage, groceries, and other items to and from the ferry terminal, market, or beach. Because of this, the radio flyer red wagon has become a familiar Fire Island icon. The island is also known for the abundance of wild deer that roam freely.
