Many thanks for sharing your beautiful home with us for a long weekend. The house is beautifully restored and quite comfortable. The kitchen is so impressive we actually wanted to cook! We hope to visit The Brackbill House again.

Excellent Stay!

  • 5 of 5

This property was difficult to leave. It was perfect for our large family. There is plenty of space and tons to do! It is directly across from a working Amish farm. We enjoyed watching them work while we sat by the pool. It is impressive how they live and how hardworking they are. The house and property are well maintained and is as beautiful as the pictures in the listing. The location is great too. You feel as though you are in the country but have all modern convenience minutes away. Management was great to deal with as well. They were quick to respond and deal with all concerns we had. Highly recommend this property!

blessed beyond expectations

  • 5 of 5

Our family made beautiful memories as we merged from Canada and the U.S. at magical Brackbill House for our 50th wedding anniversary. The facilities were amazingly ideal from the youngest (5) to the eldest(?). We laughed around the campfire, caught frogs, strolled down country lanes, played soccer, swam in the pool, maintained early morning exercise routine outside, laughed as we prepared meals together and of course, savoured the delights of surrounding towns, and attractions, including Sight and Sound. Our stay will remain with us happily for years to come.

5-Star As Advertised

  • 5 of 5

We enjoyed our short stay at the Brackbill House in late May / early June. Ashley was very responsive and the house and surrounding grounds were immaculate. Convenient location with close proximity to Sight & Sound Theater and other Lancaster attractions. Will definitely consider staying here again for our next trip to the Lancaster area.

Good vacation location in a beautiful house

  • 4 of 5

My family enjoyed our stay, beautiful house, comfortable beds and a great kitchen. One note the wireless is a bit outdated and needs an update. The maintenance staff was very helpful. We will go back.

Most beautiful home.

  • 4 of 5

Just perfect. All high end finishes and amenities. Beautiful grounds and landscape. Pool was wonderful but should be heated. A hot tub would be nice. Location is rural yet large mostly empty unoccupied commercial buildings are a rocks throw away. The WiFi was not secure and service was hit and miss. Security cameras are visible but we had an intruder one night that did not trigger a visit from the security company. Like with most vacation rentals the front load washing machine causes a nasty smell to the laundry, esp the towels. All in all I would highly recommend it. Our family enjoyed our stay.
