Great Trip

Property as advertised and well equipped and clean. Monica the owner met us there and is very helpful and friendly. Sent us information on area and responds quickly to any questions. Located in a ‘local’ area which we liked with a good supermarket nearby and easy walking to centre. Further to beach but still easily reachable by car/bike or keen walkers. We enjoyed our 1st visit to Sardinia and would return. Tourist areas quiet probably from effect of Covid. Overall if you are looking for an affordable property in a good area definitely consider Monia’s apartments! Thank you

Orosei gem

Monia the owner was amazing before and during the stay. Communication was quick and super helpful. The flat is in a lovely quiet part of Orosei with beautiful views out over hills and towards the sea, but easily walkable into the centre. I will definitely be back!

L’alloggio , oltre che essere molto grazioso e funzionale , ( fornito di tutti gli oggetti necessari sia per cucinare, sia per là toelette ) è anche molto pulito !! Più carino dal vivo che nelle foto! Monia è troppo simpatica cortese è disponibile ! Insomma... SIAMO STATI BENISSIMO! I ❤️ Orosei!

Bellissima vacanza

Appartamento perfetto per 2 adulti con un bimbo. Fresco perché appunto ricavato da un seminterrato e molto carino, dotato di tutto ciò che è necessario: cucina attrezzata con frigo, bagno con lavatrice, una grande terrazza con tavolo e sedie dove cenare, oltre che un piccolo giardino in comune con l'appartamento di sopra. Posizione perfetta, non in pieno centro storico per cui si trova sempre parcheggio davanti casa senza problemi, ma a 10 minuti a piedi dalla piazza principale di Orosei. La proprietaria è sempre stata molto disponibile e carinissima. Al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato i letti pronti con lenzuola pulite oltre che asciugamani e accappatoi pronti per noi. Consiglio vivamente a tutti questo appartamento!!! E poi la zona di Orosei ha un mare spettacolare e paesaggi mozzafiato...cosa volere di più?!?!

Sentirsi a casa anche in vacanza!

Ho soggiornato con mia madre in questo grazioso appartamento l'ultima settimana di agosto e devo dire che l'esperienza ha superato le nostre, sia pur già positive, aspettative! L'appartamento si trova in una posizione sopraelevata rispetto al centro storico di Orosei che è comunque raggiungibile tranquillamente a piedi con una passeggiata di pochi minuti, è fresco, spaziosissimo e si può parcheggiare comodamente in strada di fronte all'ingresso dello stabile. Appena entrate abbiamo subito potuto notare la cura con cui è tenuto l'appartamento, pulitissimo e completo di tutto ciò che può servire: dalla biancheria all'attrezzatura da spiaggia, dai detersivi alle stoviglie. Devo dire che è stata una bellissima sensazione capire che l'appartamento era pronto per essere vissuto con agio come fosse casa nostra, senza alcuna preoccupazione circa la pulizia e le necessità pratiche e senza, dunque, rubare tempo alle sospirate vacanze! Punto di forza da sottolineare è senz'altro la meravigliosa vista che si può godere dal giardinetto antistante il portico: un meraviglioso orizzonte che abbraccia i monti, la campagna e il mare e che non ho potuto fare a meno di fotografare in ogni momento della giornata per non lasciarmi sfuggire le sue fantastiche sfumature dalle prime luci del mattino ai riflessi lunari sulla superficie del mare, una particolarità che dà una marcia in più a una già ottima soluzione abitativa per le nostre vacanze in questa splendida terra di Sardegna! Un caro saluto, infine, a Monia, una proprietaria professionale e attenta oltreché una persona gentilissima e solare! Speriamo di poter tornare presto a Orosei e soggiornare presso questo appartamento!
