Born and raised in the area after years in the Twin Cities we decided to move back to Bayfield. (Bayfield, WI is the gateway to Madeline Island and the Winter Ice Caves. Picturesque views of Lake Superior, 22 Islands and the Nations Largest Collection of Light Houses, are just a few of the reasons we have chosen this as a rental property.

Beautiful condo in a perfect location!

We loved this condo! Everything was within easy walking distance. We stayed here with our kids, and it was great to be able to have some meals in the condo and venture out when wanted to. I'm already looking forward to our next stay here!

great spot!

We had a wonderful time. The condo was clean and nice. It is spacious and cozy! The owners were very prompt with emails and instructions. We will definitely stay here again! It is close to everything but we didn’t hear from neighbors or the street!

The condo was amazing! It is so hard to travel with Pets and the Armstrong family was great. We surprised our kids with a dog sledding trip and stayed in Bayfield for 2 nights. The winter is beautiful and quiet - great time of year to visit! We cant wait to come back and stay in the summer. Highly recommend.

Conveniently located and ideal for our family of 4

Our plan had been to spend time x-country skiing and exploring the area but due to the frigid negative zero temps, we admittedly didn't leave the condo much. The fireplace was always going and provided a coziness while we ate good food, played cards and read. Jack was wonderfully responsive and I appreciated his assistance. Bayfield is a beautiful place and we look forward to coming back and exploring. Thank you!

The Apostle Islands consists of 22 Islands and the Largest collection of Light Houses in the United States. Take a charter sail boat, take a cruise and visit and tour Raspberry Island Light house, take the Ferry to Madeline Island and go visit Big Bay State park. Enjoy the many Apple Orchards just above Bayfield, walk along the lake in Bayfield, or Brownstone Trail. Visit to see local and national talent. Don't forget about the Ice Caves ( usually in Feb & Mar), dog sledding, or down hill sking at Ashwabay Ski Area, just 3.5 miles from Bayfield on hwy 13.

Dogs must be on leash when not in accommodation. Excessive hair will incur an additional cleaning fee. Guest must be owner of the dog and assumes full liability for damages to people/property. Barking dogs disturbing other guests will not be tolerated. If you are asked to leave, you forfeit the total reservation amount! • Weekends may require a 2 night minimum.
