This home conveniently located just a 10 minute walk to the south end of Main St. - downtown Hendersonville. Walk there in the evenings for dinner, drinks and entertainment. After you finish, simply take an easy walk back - there’s no UBER (or similar) in Hendersonville at the moment.
This is a small home with 600sqft of floor space. It has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Bedroom A has a queen bed while Bedroom B has 2 twin beds. There is also a living room and kitchen. The living room comfortably fits a sofa, love seat and entertainment center. The kitchen is well equipment if your want do do some cooking - if your wondering if a particular utensil or cookware is available, please ask me and I will let you know and do my best to make it available. The only downside (for some) in the kitchen is the lack of a dishwasher.
The entertainment system is awesome. It has a 36” television which I see as right sized for this home. Cable television (standard package - nothing fancy like HBO) and high speed cable internet is provided to guests. There is also a DVD player should you be in ‘movie mode.’
There is a desk available for you to set up your personal laptop and send out the email that didn’t get finished before you left for vacation. Perhaps you’ve got to catch up on some college homework...that darn webassign - I despise its inventor.
There is also a dining table as well as a porch table and chair set for your home dinning needs.
As far as comfort, the home climate control is maintained by an energy efficient TRANE HVAC heat pump unit. It utilizes a Honeywell WiFi connect thermostat which enables me to ensue the home is at comfortable setting just prior to your arrival.
If you need to wash your hiking or mountain biking gear, or you simply didn’t bring enough changes of cloth...no problem, there is a washer and dryer in the garage. It’s not a finished garage but feel free to use it as a storage place for your outdoor gear.

Sports & Adventure Activities
Very nice, comfortable, quiet home
We were in town for a wedding at nearby Camp Pinnacle. Had a problem with the key code, when we arrived, but the owner quickly returned my call. The home was well-appointed, comfortable beds, clean towels, well-equipped kitchen. Lots of overhead lighting. Lamps would have been nice. Enjoyed the privacy and sitting on the front covered porch. A few floor boards on the far side of the porch did not seem structurally sound. Overall we had a wonderful stay and would recommend.
Little gem close to downtown!
Great little house within walking distance to downtown. Owners were available to answer questions when needed. It was very clean and tidy. We would definitely stay there again and would recommend to friends and family.
If you like authentic Mexican food, the restaurant around the corner was great; tamales on the weekends! Very close to Hendough Chicken and Donuts, also. Try the Creme Brulee donut or the breakfast chicken sandwich.
Lovely apartment but location not what we'd hoped
This is a nice clean well-furnished apartment. Very nicely decorated! Lighting, other than overhead lighting, would be a nice addition. We were only disappointed with the location as we'd hoped to be able to walk to Hendersonville's main shopping/dining area.
Very nice. Good location. Very clean
About the same price as a hotel, but it's so nice to have a living room and 2 bedrooms plus a kitchen we only used for coffee.
Clean and close to downtown
Perfect house for a mini getaway. Fully stocked kitchen. Very clean. Convenient to downtown shopping and restaurants. I would definitely recommend.
Super close to downtown!
This house was ideal for the two of us. Close to downtown shopping for my wife, yet close to the golf course for me. We were very comfortable and enjoyed having our morning coffee and evening cocktails on the covered porch.
Enjoy the 'City of Four Seasons' in this comfortable and cozy home. You'll be walking distance to some of the best dinning in WNC. Interested in the great outdoors? You're just a short drive away form many state parks including: Dupont State Forest, Pisgah National Forest, Chimney Rock State Park. During the Fall enjoy the 'best show on Earth' by taking a drive on the Blue Ridge Parkway. Asheville and the Biltmore Estate are just a 30min drive.
