Nice cozy cabin near Mt Rainier.

  • 5 of 5

This a nice and cozy Corbin with great hosts Glenda and John. Casita is very relaxing and it has all the supplies you need. There is a good variety of movies to enjoy on a winters evening. Glenda made a delicious breakfast for us upon request and small fee. She can also do dinners. We enjoyed the hot tub after a day in the mountain, and went back energized to ski at White Pass the next day. John and Glenda thank you for your hospitality, showing us your glass shop and dining recommendations. My family including my girls enjoyed Casita and wished we could have stayed longer. We look forward to our next and longer stay to continue to explore and hike around Mt Rainier.

Beyond our expectations

  • 5 of 5

The Casita was exceptionally lovely with the perfect layout for our family of four. John and Glenda are warm, gracious, attentive hosts. They've carefully appointed the place and have thought of everything and then some. The Casita enters and looks out into a garden that you share only with the Andersons who were there when we needed them but were otherwise respectful of our space. We sat in the hot tub for hours, enjoying the scenery. Glenda's breakfast was wonderful - room service for a fraction of the cost. I can highly recommend this rental, and we certainly intend to return.

All the amenities we needed and very well taken care of. The perfect spot for our weekend getaway.

  • 5 of 5

We had a great experience. The Casita was the perfect size for our family of 5. Jon & Glenda are the perfect owners. They were very attentive and just all around nice people to chat with. I really can't say enough about them and their property. We did not get a chance to use the hot tub but the Andersons had it hot and ready for us.

I don't know if we will be able to make it back this winter but we will definitely be back in the summer.

Winter Wonderland

  • 5 of 5

We stayed at the Casita over MLK weekend 2017. It was beautiful. We didn't venture out much since we were with a young toddler. That said, this rental was awesome for traveling with a small child--they have a pack n play (we brought our own since we forgot) and high chair. The hot tub was amazing in the cold weather. We romped in the yard in the 2-3 foot snow and had a blast. And let's not forget the heated wood floors and beyond-cozy fleece sheets--too good to be true! As for the hosts, Glenda gladly showed us her glass shop and we had wonderful chats with her. John was very generous (providing my husband with boots that he forgot and giving us some of their garden bounty to take home) and absolutely fell in love with our dog. They eagerly answered our questions and were there when we needed them (but not in an ever-present, supervisory way). We were treated so wonderfully by these two--like family, really. We plan on returning to the Casita in the future.

Wonderfully restful for a skiers night!

  • 5 of 5

We stayed at Casita for two nights with our two young girls and skied three days at White Pass. Glenda and John warmly welcomed us and made us feel right at home. The Casita was warm and cozy and fit our family like a glove.

We all enjoyed the hot tub after a long day of skiing in brutal weather. My husband was especially appreciative of the warm shower. It was the best he had in quite some time.

I appreciated having a dryer to dry off then warm up all our ski gear.

The beds were comfortable and warm and everyone slept well. The girls loved playing hide and seek. There were a lot of good hiding places.

In all we had a wonderful time and will be returning soon!

Owner's Response: Tiffany, Thank you for the wonderful review. We were delighted your family enjoyed your time at the Casita. You left the Casita spic and span, very much appreciated. Sorry about the pocket door, my husband is replacing it with a barn door, should be easier to open and shut. Hope to see you all in the future. Thanks, Glenda and John
