Thank you for great time we had in your lovely house. We very enjoyed staying here. Thanks a lot for your kindness and hospitality. You're so friendly. We felt ourselves just like home. Our trip runs on, but truly speaking, we'd like to stay here whole of our vacation. Thanks a lot for everything!!Looking forward to see you again.
The house was as nice as was advertised--great kitchen and deck, well stocked with pantry basics and kitchen tools. Our dogs were happy to have a fenced-in yard to run around in.
The only negative was trying to find the house in the dark. The directions provided by the property manager were meant for daytime, when we would be able to see landmarks described in the directions.
My husband and I spent a week here and we truly enjoyed the deck and hot tub. It is exactly as it appears in the photos (lovely to occupy and experience). It was quiet. The only thing that was a bit disconcerting was the neighbor's 2-story house looming over the hot tub. It feels completely private until you get in the hot tub. As a side note, RRG was quite helpful in getting my husband's pillow back to us and they were totally candid about the property. We loved using the cribbage board and poker chips and there are lots of games to occupy a family in the event of inclement weather. A very thoughtful provision. I could receive texts but no cell phone communication. Wifi allowed for internet access and we loved the shower. Be sure to make the drive to Jenner and visit the shore. There's a state-operated park that is free of charge and you can see spectacular views and put your feet in the ocean.
We stayed at Pepperwood at the end of September. The house is a clean beautiful home way up in the Redwoods. The kitchen was well stocked and the house is nicely decorated. The drive up to the house is very "woodsy" and some of the houses you pass by makes you wonder what the house will look like - but we weren't disappointed. There was a musty smell in the home. The hot tub wasn't usable due to too much chlorine. We appreciated the fact that there was a land line as there is wasn't cell service in the area. We did enjoy our stay in the home and the Sonoma.
We just spent the weekend at this house for my husband's birthday and went to the Blues and Jazz Festival. It has 2 small bedrooms, was very clean, big enough living room, open lay out, fully equipped kitchen, but the best was the deck. We were surrounded by the trees, it was lovely. We will be back.
