Located in the heart of the 12 South District, this cool and cozy 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath apartment is one of three in our historic triplex. Located 2 miles from Vanderbilt University and 1 mile from Belmont University and Downtown Nashville's Broadway entertainment district. Enjoy plenty of free parking, full kitchen, Washer & Dryer and more!

 The Master Bedroom is equipped with a King bed and it's own private Bathroom. 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed and a full-bath in the hallway. The kitchen is equipped with microwave, Double oven/stove, coffee pot, dishwasher, dishes, pots and pans and all your basic utensils. There is also a pull-out couch that folds out for another queen size bed. Only a half a block from more that a dozen restaurants and Bars.

Great stay!

Our stay was fantastic. The home was cozy, wonderfully decorated, had plenty of items needed, and conveniently close to anything we wanted to do. Brian was always quick to respond and made the whole process seamless. I highly recommend!

A great birthday getaway

We loved Nashville and this house was a great base for our 4-night stay! It literally is a few walking steps from 12 South, which is a cool little neighborhood with Reese Witherspoon's shop, several restaurants, and 3 of Nashville's murals. This is an old house, but it perfectly fit our need. The living room was bigger than expected from the pictures. And there was a cute little "Nashville" nook where we took pictures. The beds and bathrooms were good. We never used the kitchen except to store our leftovers from all the restaurants we tried. Thankfully the air worked great as it was hot and humid during our stay. Brian, the owner, was very responsive to all my messages, which I really appreciated. If there was one negative, it was the shower pressure when both showers were being used at the same time. I thought it was totally manageable for an old house, but my friends would have liked more water pressure. I totally recommend this house!

Nashville gem!

Property was less than 10 minutes to Broadway/2nd street area. Very quiet neighborhood. It's a triplex with this unit being the upstairs. Apartment was just as it was described with all the amenities. Our only complaint was the water pressure. If anyone else was using water while you were showering there was no pressure. At one point during my shower the water was literally only dribbling out. With three units in not sure there is much that could be done. Would definitely return!

Great location!! Super nice neighborhood and easy access to downtown. Property is clean and comfy.

Excellent place to stay when planning to whoop it up in Nashville!!! Make sure to try out Proper Bagel, Frothy Monkey and Urban Grub!!! All are just a short walk from the property.
