About Kristina Hawkins

Hello, We are Gary and Kristina and we obtained the home in 2007. Gary parents have owned the home since 1987 until 2007 when we took it over. We used the home for several years as our own personal Vacation home and then rented it full time from 2012-2014. We decided to turn the home back into a Vacation Home as we really missed the 2 years we did not come up to the area for vacations. We recently remolded and did upgrades to the home. Most of the furniture and furnishings are brand new. We currently live in Brentwood and love the Sonora area and all the wonderful activities we can do up here.

Kristina Hawkins purchased this house in 2007

Why Kristina Hawkins chose California

We have been coming up to Sonora for many years when Gary's parents lived here and feel it is an ideal vacation location. We feel our property gives everyone the best of both worlds (Quite area but close to everything) We hope you enjoy our Home away from Home as much as we do.

What makes this house unique

Having the full benefits of a 3 bedroom home with hotub but the cost of a hotel room.

Clean, well-equipped home in a great location.

  • 5 of 5

This home was exactly what we were looking for. It was fully-equipped with everything we needed. This charming home was very clean when we arrived and is in a great location (we visited Yosemite during our stay). We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Owner's Response: Hi Joe, Thanks for the kind review. Was there something that we could of added to your trip or something we were lacking in our home that could have brought us to 5 stars?
