very spacious and cozy place

We really enjoyed staying in this place during our 9 day vacation. Though this place is located 6 miles away from Kona downtown, it's just a mile or two away from the two best Kona beaches. Also exit to hwy 11 is really convenient both north and south directions. Apartment has a dedicated open parking lot, inside it has laundry and small kitchen as well as spacious living/dining room and nice cozy bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (one is in the master bedroom). Also owner left very good descriptions of local places and activities, map of the island and some snorkeling and body surfing gear.

The only minor issues, which worth mentioning are several spotted cockroaches and missing key from the front screen door (which we had to get from the office separately after we locked the apartment).
