With underground utilities, the street feels unique to the Cape as you drive in under an umbrella of foliage.

This completely renovated home is 4 bedrooms, 3 full baths, has an updated kitchen open to the dining and living spaces with all new hardwood floors.

Additional features include 2 open living areas, one with Flat screen with Cable and Bluray, hickory floors throughout and new carpet upstairs, a large bunkroom which sleeps 6 easily, a main level bedroom and bath for easy accessibility, a/c and new linens and mattresses in all 4 bedrooms, full finished basement family room with ping pong table, flat screen TV and futon, large deck for entertaining and BBQ grill, 2 large paved driveways with plenty of parking, a quiet street safe for children to romp, large front and back yards, outdoor enclosed cedar hot and cold water shower with changing stall and soap dispensers, beautiful gardens and landscaping, and easy access to just about anywhere on the Cape.

There is also a shed open to tenants with bikes and beach chairs, and the home is tastefully decorated inside and well manicured outside. We do everything we can to ensure your vacation is a pleasant one! Please note that most of our bookings have been repeat travelers, so we don't have many new ones to provide reviews. We are a young family who owns this property and love using it. As it isn't very close, we like to rent to people who will also appreciate the work we have done, the beautiful setting, and all that this home has to offer.

Why Adam Palmiter chose Eastham

This was just the perfect spot for us when we bought. A great size, nice yard and sunny exposure, with plenty of parking, garage, tons of space, and close to the bike trails and beaches which was a must. It is also very nice to be able to shoot into Orleans for groceries easily, or take the back road on Bridge Lane to all the beaches avoiding any traffic on Rte 6.

What makes this house unique

Very close to the bike trail, beaches, and rock harbor. The back road access to Bridge Lane to avoid Rte 6 is amazing as we never see traffic when we are there.

Full recently finished basement allows for great extra space to send kinds, or else to watch movies and have fun when the kids are asleep upstairs.

What is also amazing about Cape Cod, is that it has a small town feel, but absolutely every town has something unique to offer. The numerous day trips you could choose include a day in Chatham shopping, a day in Provincetown walking through galleries or going on a whale watch, experiencing tour quality golf at the Brewster Yacht Club, biking on the famous trail network, or even taking a ferry over to Nantucket or the Vineyard for a day. It is all at your fingertips at this home.

By renting Friday-Friday, we help you to avoid the awful weekend traffic, get in right after work on a Friday, and truly enjoy your experience, rather than spend half of it bumper to bumper.

Great location, Beautiful updated home

We had a wonderful two weeks with our adult children and grandchildren. The weather was great and the house beautiful. The location was great and the street quiet. The house was very clean and nicely decorated. The bathrooms had been updated and the beds were new and very comfortable. The bunk room was great for kids. The large outdoor shower was great, we used it every day after our day at the beach. First Encounter Beach was 5 minutes away by car, easy to get to and a great beach with young children. Stop and Shop in Orleans was a 5 minute drive which made shopping easy to do. Hope to be back next year.

Beautiful, spacious home in a nice location

It was tough to leave this place. We had a fabulous week in July this year. The house is immaculate, nicely decorated, with plenty of room! The deck was perfect for dinners outside. Quiet neighborhood, and close to everything! Hope to stay here again.

Wonderful family home!

We had a wonderful week with three generations of family here in mid-June. Beaches, both harbor side and ocean side are within a few miles for walking, biking, or quick drives. Renting bikes in the center of Orleans was easy. A great day trip out to Provincetown for whale watching. Recommendations for getting your fresh seafood from Mac's was the best! The house was a great home base for us to have meals together and provided ample space for everyone to relax. Thanks!
