July in Terracina
Quite spacious and clean apartment with everything you need for comfortable staying in Terracina. Decent and clean bed linen and towels, comfortable beds. Internet access without any problems. The hostess is responsive and always ready to help, helped us with transfer from rail station to apartment. It is about 15 minute from the sea and 20-30 minute from the city center. There are some supermarkets and fruit shop near the apartment. Unfortunately, the roads in Terracina are terrible, in some places roads for pedestrians are broken or absent at all. It was very difficult to move with stroller and small child. But this is the problem of the city, not of the apartment. For me the main problem of our staying was the absence of air-conditioner, because in really hot days were very stuffy, fans are noisy and not cool the air as a conditioner. So we had to keep the windows open all the time despite the fact that the street Badino is sometimes noisy. In general all was very good, great gratitude to Rossella for hospitality and our good staying in Terracina!

"The apartment was perfect, very clean and spacious. The kitchen was well-equipped and the bed was comfortable. Terracina is ideally situated for visits to Rome and Naples. Only difficulty we had was finding an English newspaper!"

"We are a Norwegian family with two small children aged 2 and 4. This is our fifth year in Terracina (we just love this place) and we had a very nice stay in the apartment (two weeks). The apartment was very clean, spacious and what we particulary were happy with was that it was space enough for actually doing cooking in the kitchen.
The host's parents live next door and they were very helpful and nice.
There is a little supermarket "next door" where you can buy bread etc. Furthermore it is a big supermarket not far from the apartment which is open all day, which we found very convenient.
It took us about 20 min to reach the center (with prams for the children) which is acceptable to us. However, via Badino should be avoided to the extent possible as there is a lot of traffic and it is not really very well adapted to pedestrians - especially pedestrians with children.
Overall we think that the apartment was very good value for money.

"We are a family from Russia and it was our first time in Terracina.
The apartment is very well equipped, we had everything necessary. It is near to the sea, about 10 min by foot.
Nearby there are shops.
Very recommended to see Temple of Jupiter in the hill. It is so wonderful view!
And of course Old Town – many little streets with ancient buildings.
Many thanks to Rossella parents - they met us at the station when we arrived and took back to the day of departure."

"Very nice, modern flat, perfect for a family stay, set back from a fairly busy road. Shops are within yards, beach is a ten minute walk and lovely old town around 20 minutes - and then a steep walk uphill! (worth the journey, but after the first night, we drove). Owners are very kind and helpful."
