This unit is beautifully decorated. The living room has a queen sofa sleeper, a TV, DVD and high speed internet access.

The master bedroom on the water comes with an unbeatable view of the water and balcony access, and has a king size bed with TV and it's own private bath.

The second bedroom also has a full bath attached, a king size bed and TV.

The unit also has a bunk area with a half bath and a fully equipped kitchen.

Shores of Panama offers all the amenities including a 20,000 square foot lagoon-style pool, large indoor heated pool, spa, sauna, steam room, fitness center, video bank, party and media room, wireless internet access in the lobby and more. We are located right in the center of Panama City Beach right next to the popular Pineapple Willie's.

The room was terrible!!!

The room was nasty when I arrived, the floors if you walked across one time your feet would be black, the stove door was falling off, reported it after check in, was told would have a new stove in 2 days, never happened. Holes in the walls, back sliding door would not lock, looked like someone had been punching the refrigerator it had dents all in the top half. The bathrooms had mold in the bottom of the shower and bathtub. I would not recommend anyone staying here, they should refund some of my money, I have never had a bad experience with places I've stayed until this one. Very disappointed!!!

Many opportunities but no help at all from owner.

We have stayed at Shores of Panama before and loved it. This trip was awful. The room was not clean. My feet were dirty just from walking on the floor. Swept the filth up and tried to vacuum but the vacuum cleaner started burning my feet from the rug. The towel holders, the toilet paper holders were falling off, even a few of the outlets. There were holes in the walls. We couldn't use the oven because the glass on the front of the oven fell out every time you moved or touched the door. Frustrating to say the least. Also, the shower in the guest bedroom had a leak coming from the ceiling where you shower. We could have been electrocuted. I called the owners on 3 occasions to go over the concerns with the room and to no avail, I'm still waiting on a call back. I'll definitely ensure that if my finds are headed to town to just stroll right on by. I spent quite a bit of money to be ignored. If My husband or I had been hurt, or better yet my daughter, son or nephew, or my parent. I called three times to talk about the hotel with the owner and no response at all. Bad business all together. When you run s business, your customers should be your number one priority. It's sad actually. I'll never have to deal with this again or these owners. I fully intend to take my business to a condo who truly loves doing business with the people who help them support their families.

Nice, but difficult to get feedback

Our stay overall was nice. We were in town for the Ironman event and this was the perfect location.

The room itself was ok. Cleaning was not great...dirty under the beds and tv feet were black from walking on the floors. We didn't have any tv or internet either due to a change over to a new company.

One of our group left some clothes, and we cannot find anyone to ask if they had been found...the resort doesn't take care of the room, the owner does. We tried contacting the owner using the emergency number provided, no response. Also tried responding to our confirmation email, but no response.

Great Beach Vacation!

This is a lovely rental in a great area of the beach, and its only steps down to the beach. Comfortable cozy condo! Our family of 5 had a wonderful time. Everything was very clean. Having the lagoon-style pool, large indoor heated pool, and outdoor grill was awesome; it is such a beautiful beach. I would return in a heartbeat, and hope to soon! Nice property, Decent Condo, Terrible Property Management Company, and a Surprise Amentiy Fee

Overall, our stay was great. The property sits right on the beach & surrounds a beautiful lagoon-style pool. If you are looking for a "beach" view, you can see the beach but b/c the hotel is built in a U shape, you only see beach directly in front of you, vs being able to see up & down it. If you want a pool view, this is a perfect spot as you can see the entire pool area from the balcony. This was nice as we allowed my 11 yr daughter to swim while we monitored her from the balcony. The unit is on the 18th floor, so you can't exactly communicate but at least you can see your older kids. No balcony access from MBR!

The bldg itself has a few issues which are worth noting. First, parking is a challenge! The 12-story parking deck has many spaces which are "assigned" to various rooms. This unit doesn't have one (or we were not told about it). In addition, these "reserved" spaces are scattered throughout, so you find yourself driving around searching for a "non-reserved" open parking space. Another issue is that there are only 4 elevators that are ALWAYS crowded, especially since the local cleaning staff has to use them constantly during the day. Sometimes we waited over 30 minutes for one! Most annoying was the high amenity fee to use the pool/beach and hot-tub with only 3 working jets.

The condo itself was fine, but nothing special. The beds were comfortable and the unit was clean. One thing to note is there was no dining table. Instead they had a 6' folding table in the closet. The rooms are very noisy and you can hear the people above and beside you. If you are planning to cook in the room, bring your own stuff. This owner provides barely any utensils and the pans are most likely from the dollar store. There are very few serving spoons, measuring cups, etc. I'm sure if you eat out all week, it would be fine. Finally there were about 6 towels, 3 rolls of toilet paper, & no trash bag for the ENTIRE WEEK. We found this a bit 'cheap' on the owners part.

To say that the PM company is unresponsive is an understatement! When we first arrived, we found one of the BR's was missing a light bulb. After 3 days of repeated calling, we gave up. They lost a pkg we had sent and we didn't even ask them about the clogged drains or slow internet which was useless!

Overall, for the price the unit is an OK value; as long as you factor in additional $ for the pool/beach and don't expect things like toilet paper, towels, or service from property mgmt you'll be fine..
