A true gem! There are three homes on the property. The primary home is a side-by-side chalet with a four-bedroom and five-bedroom unit each comprised of three floors of finished living space (2,700 square feet). The views from the chalet units are unmatched; see skiers on the trails in plain sight. The third is a more basic two-bedroom ranch home with a finished basement with bar and attached garage. The unique layout of the estate allows for small or large groups. Stay in one home or rent all three and have the whole property for your group’s enjoyment!

About Christina

Hi! My name is Christina and I am a new co-owner of these homes with my brother, cousin and our families. We are proud to have recently acquired this unique 12-acre estate.

I am a school teacher, but have taken a hiatus to spend time with my children until they all start school. My husband and I are raising our three children in his hometown state of northern New Jersey. My brother, Nick, works in finance; he and his wife are raising their three children in our hometown state of Vermont not far from this property. As for my cousin Kiri, he grew up and lives in NYC. He works as a R.E. Broker and the locals enjoy poking fun calling him a city slicker.

We all love the great outdoors and jumped at the opportunity when this property came on the market. We have made immediate improvements and plan to make many more as time and finances allow. We are humbled to have you as our guests. Your suggestions are welcomed and appreciated as we embark on this new adventure. I look forward to communicating with you!

You'll be amazed at the breathtaking grounds and views. My cousin, Kiri, says there is a sort of 'firewall for the mind that keeps you in the moment'. Last time we were up here was Christmas and there was an ice storm. Everywhere we looked the views worthy of a post card. The sun was shining on the ice and the ice's weight arched all the trees and framed the roadways. This reminded me of how much of a beautiful backdrop I had growing up.

The property allows for year-round activities. Explore 12 acres of wooded terrain. Track animals or admire birds. Roast s'mores by the outdoor fire pit. Sit in the hot tub overlooking the mountains, take a dip in the pool, or swing your racquet on the private tennis court.

Walk to the Brewster River Pub and Grill, at the bottom of the road, for food, beverage, and live music. Or, check out Stella Notte Restaurant and Lounge, at the base of the mountain, just minutes away. Smugglers Notch Resort offers several dining options onsite as well.

Take a short drive to the small town of Jeffersonville just down from the mountain road. Hanley's General Store and The Farm Store offer food, groceries, and Vermont made goods. Head to the Smugglers Notch Distillery to sample the local vodka. Restaurants, like The Mix and 158 Main, allow for dining choices off the mountain.

Last but not least, take a drive or hike through the mountain pass road (Rte. 108) that connects Smugglers Notch and Stowe. Location,location,location

We rented this property last year after Christmas for 5 days for our first Smugglers Notch vacation and we had an amazing time .Location is unbeatable , 3 minutes drive(1stop + 1 yield included) and 10 minutes walk from the resort home including the kids goofing around .The house itself it's great ,very clean and spacious , it is equipped with everything you need for your stay ( the only thing missing is maybe an microwave) and the washer/dryer came in very handy.The best part was the fact that you didn't have to put up with noisy neighbors !!!The owners were very helpful and easy to deal with and always reachable .The mountain was nice , only one day we had to wait a bit longer for the lift and only on Morse mountain ,also one of my sons was in the ski camp and he had a blast . If we ever decide to go back to Smugglers Notch ( we are trying out all the mountains in VT )this will be definitely the place will stay again!

Comfortable, clean, convenient

My husband and our 3 young children stayed in the ranch home over the Labor Day holiday. The estate was just lovely! Rolling hills, built-in steps, perennial gardens beds, and an immaculate pool. The house was perfect for our needs. Our kids shared the room with the queen and waterfall bed in the front of the house and enjoyed taking turns being in the top bunk. We stayed in the back bedroom, which was comfortable and quiet. The house appears to have mostly brand-new furnishings. The kitchen is bright/cheerful and well-stocked, making meals at home easy. The washer/dryer on the first floor were super convenient after our outdoor adventures and pool time. We hiked to Sterling Pond (from the Notch Road access), toured Ben & Jerry's, and tubed along the river. We had a great summer experience and certainly look forward to coming back for a winter adventure.
