Great location and friendly people

  • 3 of 5

The location is great and people are very friendly. I had good time and it would be better if the bathroom can be renovated.

Wonderful neighbourhood, wonderful hosts

  • 5 of 5

The location of the apartment was just perfect. We were able to walk to all the major sights and the local shops, cafes and restaurants were great! Our hosts were very nice and were at the apartment to greet us. The place was very clean, quiet and well stocked with everything we needed. We really appreciated the coffee and snacks that they left us, nice touch for sure! We also appreciated the info sheet that gave tips and suggestions for the area. We had a couple touristy questions during our stay and Christina quickly answered our texts. And the air conditioning was soooo nice!

The shower was certainly a little "cozy" but no big deal.

We would highly recommend this accommodation!

Amazing Terrace, close to Coliseum

  • 4 of 5

The apartment was spotless and well maintained. It's close to a decent market and in a local/non-touristy neighborhood with restaurants nearby, yet the ancient Rome sites are only a few blocks away. The owner went over everything w us and answered all our questions. We needed to get to the airport and he called a reliable, reasonable service to take us! The terrace is fantastic and we had our coffee out there every morning. The kitchen was tough to negotiate, however, with no counter space. The coffee maker was broken by another guest, so we needed to use a small moka pot. I would not recommend it if you have a problem with stairs (which were steep) or want to do a lot of cooking, but otherwise it is a solid place to stay in Rome.

Really cute apartment in a good location

  • 4 of 5

A really authentic apartment experience in a convenient location a bit away from the most touristy areas. Slight caution to 50 something year olds like us: The stairs to the loft are steep and the shower is the tiny. It all works fine, but don't drop your soap!

Great time in Rome!

  • 5 of 5

The apartment was very nice. It was near so many things. Yet it was just off the main streets to be quiet at night.

Perfect central location in rome

  • 5 of 5

Beautiful cozy apartment, very good location with coliseum at end of road (5-10 minute walk). You do get mobbed with selfie stick sellers and Roman warriors for photos and tour guides but just ignore them and you will be fine.

Metro stop 'Cavour' 5 minutes walk, one stop to termini (main station).

Apartment well equipped and Cristina left washing powder, washing up liquid, soap and basic pantry items for us to use which was very helpful.

Very comfortable bed on a mezzanine level which was lovely and steps to large roof terrace with table and chairs (steps quite steep but well worth it once up there) sitting surrounded by other apartments but no one was about so very quiet.

The location is in a very quiet side street so no traffic or people noise.

Most things are walkable i.e. Pantheon although we did get the metro to Vatican City but could have walked. The Trevi fountain was under reconstruction and had no water in which was a disappointment but I suppose everything needs maintaining at some point.

Eaten alive by mosquitoes so take some repellent 😓

Spanish steps were nice to see although covered in tourists sitting on them.

Cristina was very friendly, professional and informative and answered all my questions very promptly. She arranged a taxi from airport for €40 which was great after our flight.

We loved our stay and felt very safe and would highly recommend this apartment.
