This newly renovated ground floor condo, no staircase, has Mexican Saltillo tile throughout the space and patio, crown molding throughout, along with ceiling fans in each room, and plantation shutters. This condo has a master suite featuring a King Bed along with a huge custom walk in closet. The second bedroom has two Full beds. The condo has three Smart Samsung TV's, a 50 inch in the family room, a 40 inch in the master suite, and a 32 inch in the second bedroom. Enjoy the Granite countertops throughout as well as stainless steel appliances, and inside laundry with washer and dryer. The living space is decorated with an eclectic collection of furniture and artwork with a nautical theme, including Leroy Neiman pictures, personally handcrafted stained glass by the owner, beautifully created mosaic wall piece from the Laguna Beach Sawdust Festival hanging over a 100 year old antique chest from China, photos and other wall hangings from the owner's world travels. There is a gas burning fireplace with porcelain logs for the winter months. The condo is relaxing, comfortable and pleasing to the eye from the decor and furniture to the views of the bay, boats, lights and mountains. The huge patio, facing the southern side of the bay, is 450 sq ft with a large round teak table, 8 chairs and umbrella along with 2 Adirondacks and a Char Broil Infrared propane BBQ/Grille. This Ground floor Condo is right on the water with a 41 ft dock, so bring your own boat!! Talk about location, location, location..Being on the bayside/water, the nights are so calm, relaxing and peaceful!!!Take an 8 minute walk to the beach or five minute walk to the pool, jacuzzi, tennis courts and clubhouse, or 3 min walk for breakfast, beer, champagne or wine at Calypso Cafe. Perfect area for biking as well! We are native Orange County Residents who were introduced to this area as it was being developed. Active duty naval commitments brought us here as children along with the USTA Junior Tennis Tournaments, and it is truly a second home for us now. We love this condo and use it whenever it is not rented by our loyal and wonderful guests. We hope you find as much joy in our condo as we do. Great Location

We greatly enjoyed our time in this wonderful condo. Great location for our 3 dogs too, steps away from the "dog swim park" and across the street from the dog park. Nice and r elaxingin the Cays, a 5 minute drive to the Village. We didn't want to leave!

A little piece of Paradise

My husband and I have been renting this heavenly condo for the past few years. This 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo has been newly remodeled with attractive and comfortable furnishings and decor. We have everything that we need to stay for a longer period of time....feels like home. The spacious patio overlooks the water ...great place for morning coffee or, anytime of the day to relax and enjoy the quiet, peaceful atmosphere.

We enjoy walking to the beach (10 minute walk) and for a shorter walk we step out for a stroll along the boat docks and over to the small island/park that is just across the way from our condo. There is a small cafe that is also in walking distance that we enjoy. Coronado village is just a few minute drive down the road where there are fine restaurants, a few small shops and more beautiful beaches. We usually take the ferry across to the city where we enjoy all that San Diego has to offer. All in all, this condo is lovely inside and out....and in a great location to visit many San Diego attractions.
