Historical home, circa 1905, built by one of the area's lumber tycoons after Frisco was established by the railroad in 1902. Beautifully original, yet updated with modern conveniences and antique quality furnishings that add to its turn of the century charm. Two bedrooms and one bath will comfortably sleep four with a spacious private backyard to enjoy the Texas sun.
The home is fully furnished with full size appliances including a washer and dryer. All modern amenities including a wonderful ball and claw tub with a shower kit. The kitchen is stocked with everything a cook could want. All linens, towels, and coffee are provided. We assure you a relaxing stay and will accommodate most special requests. We are sure you will love this home and area as much as we do.

I love helping to restore old homes to make sure they are preserved for future generations. I also love the experience of meeting new people with the same appreciation through hosting them in my home. I love to travel and staying in the homes of fellow VRBO users when I travel as well.
Andrea Perryman purchased this house in 2014
This is a beautiful Victorian dollhouse of a home. It has been exceptionally furnished and lovingly restored. The property is so central and convenient, it's fast to get to anywhere from Frisco to McKinney to Dallas.
Historical home originally built by A.G. McAdams, one of the areas original lumber magnates. It's a beautiful quiet retreat from the nearby bustle, but still within walking distance to many of the areas growing scene.
We needed a house to stay in for the week of Thanksgiving until our new home was ready for move-in. Andrea was very accommodation to the 4 of us, as well as responsive both prior and during our stay.
The home itself is beautiful - historical and quirky room to room, but has all the modern amenities needed to make a stay easy. Full kitchen, washer/dryer, TV, wifi, lots of seating room, and a gorgeous backyard. It has fantastic accessibility to the Frisco area. Highly recommended!
Let me give you the lowdown on our stay....
It was PERFECT! First of all Mrs. Andrea accommodated us at the last minute at 10:00 pm after our original plans fell through. I inquired about her home & told her we were in a bind & my mom & friend (who arrived a day ahead of us) needed somewhere to stay that night, Andrea called me immediately & helped me to make arrangements to stay in her home that night.
My mom called to tell me how beautiful the home was & how much we’d love it once my boyfriend, daughter, & I made it the following day, & she was 1000% correct. This home is so adorable, classic, & totally beautiful. This cottage is true to the 1905 spirit of when it was built, but Andrea has added some modern affects that allow you to vacation in the best of both worlds. The decor & colors everything was so well thought-out & unbelievably relaxing.
Andrea thought of EVERYTHING that a family would need in a vacation home; several coffee makers, blenders, plates, bowls, cups, washer & dryer with the washing powder, plenty of blankets & towels, whatever you needed was certainly there. Oh & let me mention that this place was CLEAN....there is nothing I despise more than staying in a hotel or renting a place & you see other people’s hair in random places (which happens, but it's gross) BUT NOT HERE! Her cleaning lady is Ashley so big props to Ashley...I know her name b/c since we rented at the last minute, Ashley was actually there cleaning the house when my mom arrived so they met her & she was very pleasant to them.
Just to speak to the environment a little; there were 5 of us total & all of us were completely comfortable. I have an 11 year old daughter who is always bored, but she begged me to stay when it was time to leave after 2 days. So what activities did we do while we were there...NONE!!! We planned to do SO many things while we were there but I swear that we were so comfortable in the house that we only went to Walmart twice, Kroger, Smoothie King, & the gym lol, that is how comfortable this house was, & we are adventurous people but we all enjoyed hanging out in the house with each other which doesn't happen often when we are home in Houston.
My boyfriend & I spent the last night in the house thinking about how many times a year we will set aside to comeback to this beautiful home b/c we felt so good being there. We have said that when we come back we will explore more of this beautiful town b/c there is so much to see & do there.
This adorable cottage was perfect for my family during our stay in Frisco. We have two small daughters and a house is much easier than a hotel. The owner, Andrea, was easy to reach for anything. The house was fully stocked with clean linens and towels. The neighborhood is quiet. The house was a treat because it was beautifully decorated; we felt like we were in a magazine! I would stay again in a heartbeat!
This is the second time that we have stayed in this charming home - and we loved every bit of our stay here as much as the first time. The owner is so accommodating and its location in downtown Frisco is central to everything in the area. Cozy and comfortable even in the hot summer Texas days. When we arrived - we each had big grins on our faces as if we were coming "home" again. I sleep better here than at home! Can't wait to come back!!!
This house was amazing! The house has been remodeled and is decorated/furnished like a Victorian cottage. Very clean and had all the amenities that you would need to stay for a weekend or a month. The backyard is huge and has immaculate landscaping. The owner was extremely responsive to any questions and was a pleasure to book with. I would highly recommend this house!
This little home is a real jewel in Frisco! For the two of us, it was the perfect place to stay to visit family and grandchildren. We made so many wonderful memories in this lovely house built in 1905. It is centrally located to all that Frisco offers. The fenced in backyard became a place for adventure to chase bubbles and the dining room was perfect for doing puzzles and magic tricks. The layout is just as described and perfect for the two of us. I was impressed with how clean it is and obviously well maintained. Flowers were blooming and the front porch area was great for reading and just chilling out. The owner was in contact with us and available if we needed anything which made it terrific first-time experience for us. Perfect for a home-away-from-home. Charming neighborhood and nicely kept, especially for something so historic. We ate at Three Squares near the square and enjoyed a movie at the theater in the area. We had dinner one night at the Black Walnut which was wonderful. Enjoyed watching our grandson at his swimming lesson at Aqua Tots too.
I would definitely recommend this lovely house to anyone staying in Frisco. Went to a nearby Kroger grocery store and we were able to stock up on foods we like to eat. Amenities provided are just as described. This will be our place to return when we come to Frisco again!
Adorable historical home in a rapidly growing community of Frisco, TX. Walking distance or a short drive to multiple dining and shopping options. It's near Toyota Stadium and Frisco Square which both host numerous events.
