LeJardin is located in Sandestin Resort's beautiful Village of Baytowne Wharf, a self-contained village with world class restaurants, shops, and nightlife right outside your door. It is truly a place where you can get away from it all. You can park your car and never use it until it's time to go home.

Our newly renovated and professionally designed 3-story townhome is the very definition of luxury (yet family-friendly) beach accommodations, fully equipped with WIFI and 4 HDTVs. It offers an amazing home-away-from-home for 1-3 couples or families with children. New to the rental market, this townhome is beautifully designed and maintained.

The First Level:

Our main floor has Travertine floors, 12.5 foot ceilings with two sets of soaring french doors, and intricate crown molding. The expansive living room has comfortable seating for lounging and relaxing with the entire family. You can also catch your favorite team on the 65' HDTV, listen to music on the Bose sound machine, surf the internet on our private network, and even use our in-condo printer (if you just have to get some work done at the beach).

Covered in designer tile, the kitchen in this unit is unlike any other in LeJardin. While our professional Dual Fuel Viking Stove and Convection Oven, Sub Zero Refrigerator, Ice Maker, and Viking Microwave are any chef's dream, the kitchen is also fully stocked with all of the necessities - toaster, blender, coffee maker, plates, glasses, utensils, and anything else you could need on a long beach vacation.

The dining room features unique decorative touches and an extra-large dining room table with seating for 8. Of course, if you feel like having your morning coffee or a late dinner outside, the first floor covered porch is beautifully adorned with an outdoor table and seating for 6.

The Second Level:

The first of the two master bedrooms is located on the second floor. It has 10-foot ceilings, HDTV, ceiling fan, reading lamps, large closet, and its own covered balcony that can lead to the second bedroom on this level. The attached bathroom has been renovated and is equipped with double vanity, giant tub and shower, and a blow dryer.

The second bedroom on this level features 10-foot high ceilings, a ceiling fan, HDTV, large closed, and shared attached covered balcony. It has a beautiful day-bed with trundle than can rise to convert the entire bed to a King! The bathroom is accessible from the hallway and features the designer touches seen throughout the townhome, as well as a tub, shower, and blow dryer.

The washer and dryer is also located on the Second Level for ease of access.

The Third Level:

The King Master Suite and Master Bath in this townhome are like none other in LeJardin. Luxury designer touches set-off this beautiful space with its 10-foot ceilings, HDTV, ceiling fan, reading lamps, giant walk-in closet, and PRIVATE THIRD FLOOR BALCONY with gorgeous Views of the Bay! The double-sided fire place in this suite serves both the master bedroom and bathroom, making this the ultimate snow-bird's paradise as well.

The attached updated bathroom is appointed with all white marble, designer lighting, double vanity, jetted jacuzzi tub with Fireplace, separate marble shower, and a linen closet.

This townhome was recently redesigned with upscale finishings - tile, tech, TVs, lighting, art, furniture, etc. etc. etc. The owners, their family, and their friends still use this property on a regular basis. So, it is treated as a second home by its guests rather than a run of the mill rental property.

10 things about our stay:

First - after reading the reviews I noticed that someone said it didn't sleep 8 as advertised. No problem. I confirmed and brought an air mattress. I believe they are looking at putting in a foldout couch.

Second - it's great that there is someone responsive to needs during stay.

Third - there is a lot of stuff in the unit such as dry food items, spices, tea, coffee filters, etc....

Third - 3 flights of stairs to master. I got a workout. 👍�🏼�

Fourth - the proximity to everything can't be beat.

Fifth - the peacefulness of outdoor garden and courtyard is fantastic

Sixth - the outdoor patio is perfect- great for gatherings.

Seventh - there's plenty of kitchenware for cooking in.

Eighth - a bath for each bedroom saves time

Ninth - proximity to parking and pool was nice

Tenth - the side door locks are tricky to lock downstairs but easy upstairs. We got locked out on top balcony. Oops.

Definitely bring an air mattress if you need for 8 people as they had one but the box was empty.

Highly recommended!! Don't forget to sign the book. :)

Perfect

Such a beautiful comfortable place. We spent lots of time sitting on the porch people watching and having meals, drinks at night and playing board games. Walked around the corner for great food several nights and live music on Wednesday night at the amphitheatre. Met lots of friendly folks while walking the unlimited paths near condo and shopped nearby.

The kitchen was great for the nights we cooked and beds were so comfortable with lots of closet space for everyone.

Overall a wonderful vacation.

Can't wait to return next year.

We had a great time. Only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because of the hi tech thermostat. Could not get the AC to stay on because of pre programed settings.

Absolute perfection in the lap of luxury!

This property was incredible! I wish I could rate it higher than 5 stars!! The location could absolutely not be beaten - walking distance to shops, restaurants, and boutiques along with fun activities for the kids. The beach is within minutes. From towels, soap, extra linens, and dishes/cutlery, everything you could possibly need was provided for you. The appliances were top of the line and there was even an ice machine in the townhome so you could make sure your cooler was full for your trips to the beach without having to spend money buying ice. We will absolutely recommend this place to everyone and cannot wait to go back!

Spacious Townhouse but doesn't sleep 8 comfortably

This property is beautiful, but shouldn't be listed as sleeping 8 comfortably. The townhouse is very spacious and adequate amenities were provided. Checkout was at 11 but cleaning staff showed up at 10. The couch is not a pull out couch and there is only room to sleep 6. The half bathroom only flushed one time and then never filled back up with water. Both bathtubs on the second floor had VERY slow drains and immediately filled up when taking a shower. The doors to the balconies upstairs didn't lock which is concerning when there were children running on the roof! Needs some routine maintenance as light fixtures were sticking as well. We did have a wonderful time as the Baytowne Community is fantastic. Lots of things to do and the pools are lovely.
