About Kim

Our family is from Denver and we have always dreamed of having a peaceful mountain getaway. After spending some time in Georgetown, we just fell in love with the town and the proximity to so many mountain attractions.

Why Kim chose Georgetown

We chose this property because it had a modern and updated feel while maintaining so much of the original character and charm that historical homes have to offer. It is an extremely comfortable home with fabulous outdoor spaces.

Cozy house, fun little town.

This place is very cool. Owner is great and makes it feel like staying at a friend's home. Should we put friendly ghost stories in a review??

Beautiful, spacious, and clean!

  • 5 of 5

Our family (2 adults and 3 teens) spent a wonderful ski weekend at this lovely house. Every room in the house is beautifully decorated with high-end fixtures. The linens were top-notch. Even though the house looks like a model home, it is also cozy and comfortable. The house was very clean--and I am really picky about cleaniness. There is terrific mud room space that provided a great place for us to store our ski gear. We had plenty of room to spread out for privacy and then come back together for a game of cards or watching a movie in the living room/dining room area. Kim was a terrific host. She was accommodating and super responsive. We really couldn't ask for more. If you are looking for a first-rate place to stay in Georgetown, you can stop looking--you found it! We'll definitely be back.

This home is unbelievable! I wish I could pick it up and move it back to Texas as it sits!

I could not have asked for a better experience. The home was beautiful and equipped with everything we needed for our 7 night stay. The owner is very friendly and helpful. Our rent car broke down the first day and Kim immediately gave us the name of a man that could help us. The neighbors were friendly and the view is awesome.

We were here for our daughters wedding, but we will definitely be back and stay here again. We had 11 people staying with us and there was more than enough room. The pictures do not do the home justice. It is absolutely gorgeous!
