Queen bedroom has east facing window seat, TV, spacious closet. Two twin bedroom has east facing view and closet. These bedrooms share a Jack and Jill full bath, accessible from either bedroom or hallway. East dining room has table with 4 chairs and hutch. Kitchen has refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, Keurig coffee maker, glass dining table, TV, built-in desk with computer printer, pantry, and bistro seating corner. Living area has sofa with two side chairs, coffee table, HDTV, DVD player, and general access to lanai. Lanai/screened in area has beautiful sunset view of lake and golf course, glass patio table, 4 chairs, chaise lounge, and hurricane shutters. Hardwood stairway at entrance leads to fully tiled condo. Nearby neighborhood heated pool. Unit has Appliance Warranty Service, and access to Home Watch Contact, in addition to Owner Contact. Copperleaf ammenities include bundled 18-hole championship golf course, clubhouse with fine dining and bar, grill service overlooking the greens, pro shop and schedule match play and golf events, outdoor heated pool and spa, tennis and bocce ball courts. My husband and I grew up in a small community north of Milwaukee, Wisconsin. After attending the same high school and college, we were married, and settled in the same area we grew up in. We have two married daughters and two grandsons. Until we retire, we plan to rent our unit.

My husband always wanted to invest in a property in a warm climate with an eye on retiring there some day. With a family member owning property in Estero, and friends who spend their winters in the beautiful Brooks communities, we were drawn to buying a property here to enjoy with them when we retire.
The little touches that made us choose this property over others, were its second story location, attached garage, cheery white woodwork and sunlit rooms, private room layout, easily maintained tile flooring, large kitchen, and most importantly, the peaceful, beautiful view from the lanai. It overlooks the 14th hole of the golf course and a lake that is surrounded with plantings of flowers, shrubs, and trees. The lake has fountains that go on during the daylight hours that provide a relaxing sound. Other properties we looked at either lacked privacy from the lanai or just didn't have an attractive view. This is a beautiful condo in a friendly community where you can be as involved as you like, and welcomed with open arms.
What a fabulous place for my children and grandchildren to spend Christmas. The condo is absolutely wonderful and and easily accommodated four adults and three preschool children. We were just steps away from the community pool which was very lovely and fun for all of us. I can't say enough positive words about this spectacular condo. The owner was immediately responsive to any inquiry that I had. Thank you for sharing your lovely home with us
