This apartment has been newly renovated and is modern with a beach feel and is cool, clean, quiet and ready for family, friends, food and fun. Full kitchens with all necessities to cook and clean. Outside has a large yard with picnic tables and BBQ's. This is the perfect place for couples, family and friends looking to spend some time in Beautiful Penticton. Save $100's on food. Why eat out?

This apartment has a queen sized bed in the bedroom and the Living room has a convertible sectional couch that converts into a double bed. Therefore bedding for 3-4 people.

There is also a two bedroom unit available thats sleeps 5 if you need room for up to 10 people. Ask Booking agent to book both if needed.

Great apartment in fantastic location

As advertised. Fully equipped 1 bedroom apartment in a 4-plex backing onto the creek and bikepath. 2 blocks to downtown and close to the beach. Outdoor area has lots of seating and lounging and a great BBQ. Unit was clean, fresh and had everything one needed. Laundry room right next door! Would highly recommend.

Clean and cute

Clean and cozy little place. It has A/C which was huge for the hot summer days. Couple of nice lazy hammocks in the back. Great for reading. BBQ provided. Sean was always willing to help with any questions. Only negative part of the stay were the pillows. Thin pillows. I always pack my own so it didn't bother me.

Great little place!

This home is in a fabulous location! Everything is walkable, but it's still enough out of the way to feel quiet and serene. It's got everything you need - we had a great time! Thanks Sean, for allowing us to stay at your super-cute home! :)

Enjoyable Stay, Perfect Location!

We visited for the Challenge Penticton triathlon and picked this accommodation because of the location close to the start and transition areas, and to be able to self-cater. It worked very well for us in both regards!

The public path right behind the house takes you right down to the lakeshore; it's a 5 to 10 minute walk along Penticton Creek. On race day, I was able to zip back and forth in minutes on my bike. It's only a few minutes' drive from the house to grocery stores. Main Street shopping and restaurants - and the huge Saturday morning market - is two blocks away. Getting out of town to drive to wineries in Naramata, and hiking or biking on the KVR is easy too.

The suite itself is comfortable, clean and nicely renovated. The wifi worked well in our suite (which is adjacent to the laundry room, where the router is). We were quite impressed with the service Sean offers. He was easy to reach when necessary, both through the booking process and with any questions I had before we arrived, and always replied promptly. After arrival, we requested a second key because we were not always going to be coming and going together; he dropped one off very soon afterwards. Later, we noticed that the tub/shower was draining quite slowly but we didn't think to contact him; we just figured that was the way it was and we'd have to live with it. The very next day he contacted us to arrange for a convenient time for the plumber to come and fix it; his previous guests had let him know.

A couple of minor things that could be improved .... the small air conditioner unit in the kitchen window is very, very noisy and not really up to the task of cooling the entire apartment. Once it cooled down in the evening, we preferred opening windows instead. However, the bedroom window wasn't opening properly so we were not able to get a good airflow going. There is a fan provided though, so that helped a lot.

The listing mentions that the suite can accommodate up to four guests. We were only two, so it didn't really make a difference for us, but there were only three coffee mugs and three wine glasses provided. Most of the pots and pans provided are really good quality, but the teflon frypan needs replacing. Also, there isn't a pot large enough for cooking pasta (or corn on the cob), especially if four people were staying.

We really enjoyed our stay in Penticton and hope to visit again before too long. We would not hesitate to stay here again!
