One Bedroom Ski In Ski Out Breckenridge Home That Is Suited For 2-4 Guests

This updated one bedroom condo is the perfect property to make the most of what Breckenridge has to offer in both the winter and summer. Located on the 4 O'clock ski run, conveniently situated between Peaks 8 & 9. Features include a full kitchen and bathroom as well as sliding doors out to a small patio area with views to the south.

Ski in and ski out access is very convenient from this Breckenridge ski home. Simply cross the street to the Four O'Clock ski run and click into your skis or snowboard. Ski down to the Snowflake Lift where you cross over and get on the chair with easy access to Peak 8 or 9. When your day on the slopes is over follow the ski trail signs back to the Four O'Clock ski run and slide home.

Ideally suited for a couple of family of four, the unit is well equipped for cooking and relaxing whilst on your mountain getaway. Cosy up to the fireplace on a chilly winter evening whilst you watch the powder pile up outside on the patio, or unwind in the indoor/outdoor hot tubs a short walk down the hill.

Located a short 5 minute drive from the Breckenridge Main St, the restaurants, bars and shops are never far away. When you feel the urge to leave your mountain home, enjoy all the charm and ambiance of the historic downtown district of Breckenridge.

My son and I had an excellent 4-night stay at Tyra 4 O'Clock Condo and mid-December skiing at Breckenridge! While planning our trip, James's responses were prompt, accommodating and enthusiastic. The pre-trip instructions and expectations for the condo care were reasonable, clearly written and available both by prior email and copies left in the condo. (James's written instructions were more accurate than Apple maps!) The condo was wonderfully suited for skiing. It's back patio is about 250 yards above the Snowflake lift. Because we had nice snow, we were able to ski down to the lift each morning. Similarly, the condo is located just across a narrow street from 4 O'Clock ski run; the good snow fall allowed us to ski off the ski run, across the snow-covered street and into the condo's parking lot. The kitchen was well equipped with new utensils, plates, mugs/glasses & cutlery. Bathroom/shower were great. Furniture was comfortable and in excellent condition. We enjoyed the convenience of the stack washer /dryer. And Breck is a town with so many options for any taste! Free bus runs into town several times per hour from the Snowflake lift base area, too. Thank you James for a better than expected rental and superb vacation experience!!

Would definitely stay here again!

We loved the condo and how close it was to downtown Breckenridge. We woke up to beautiful sunrises in the mornings, enjoyed cozy nights by the wood-burning stove, and even spotted a red fox right out the back door. And the views were breathtaking!! We walked down the street, rented skis and purchased a ski lift and we were out on the slopes! We enjoyed the hot tubs across the street as well! The condo was very clean and spacious and had all the kitchen appliances we needed. We would definitely rent this condo again in the future!

Great experience!

The condo is well maintained and comfortably furnished. Kitchen is stocked for cooking with ease. Quick lift access and ski in. Quality linens and towels were appreciated. We also liked to enjoy the view at sunrise with coffee. We will be back next spring!

The location of this condo is perfect!!! Ski in, ski out!! We love that!!

This condo was perfect very intimate and so. So cozy!!

We enjoyed the antique fireplace, and you could not beat the view from our back porch when the evening golden, buttery light crested the mountain top!!

Perfect location

Perfect ski in ski out, literally 2 minutes walk off 4 o'clock run. Incredibly homely feel, excellent facilities including log burning stove and net flicks! Really easy access to town for restaurants and shopping. I can't recommend it enough
