One of the bedrooms has a pull-out sleeper sofa, which accommodates two guests. In the family room, there is also a sleeper sofa that accommodates two guests.

The house was great and perfect location! The only problem was that in the pictures and in the description it said we had enough beds for 10 people. There was a picture of a bunk bed with full and twin beds but when we got to the house there was no bunk bed so we could only fit 9 in reality to sleep. Other than that, it was great

Your booking request has always been with our property Sunrise to Sunset and we never received a request for our other property Casa del Sol. We are sorry that you were confused about the bed situation and wish you had reached out to us! We were willing to accommodate your group, which was under our age restriction and we never received any communication prior, during, or after your stay about the beds. In regard to Sunrise to Sunset, #620360, this home does sleep 10 guests comfortably. As clearly shown in the photos and the description, the home has 3 queen beds (sleeping 6 guests) as well as a pull-out sofa with a queen bed (sleeps 2) and a full-size futon (sleeps 2). In total, this home accommodates a total of 10 guests. We believe you mixed up this home with another property we manage that does offer a bunk bed with pull-out trundle. We wish you had communicated your concerns as we would have worked with you on resolving the issue. We appreciate your feedback and hope you enjoyed Mission Beach!
Great location and views
We all enjoyed staying at 806 Liverpool Ct. Lots of great space and super close to both the bay and the beach. We spent a lot of time in the main living and kitchen area but it was nice the bedrooms were on different levels so you could get away if you wanted. The rooftop deck was an added bonus! There still is an issue with the bathroom pocket doors, but we would definitely stay here again. Great place!
Great location, nice accommodations, small improvements would have improved rating.
Location and accommodations were great! Clean and all necessary amenities were provided (bedding, towels, dishware, appliances were all very nice. Coffee maker was great). Small improvements would be nice:
Owner provided 2 coffee packets for use on arrival. Would be nice to have some sugar and sweetener plus creamer to use with them. We had to go to store to get groceries anyway, so not huge, but noticed.
Sliding bathroom doors to close while using bathrooms could not be used in 2 of the 3 bathrooms. Toilets and showers still usable, just means you can't have privacy if desired.
Patio slider off living room has a lock that would not close completely. A broomstick was provided to secure the door.
Vertical blinds in upstairs rear bedroom have some slats missing, so some external privacy compromised.
Showers have tepid temperature on water. Could not get HOT water in showers or at most sink faucets.
As noted, overall everything was a good experience, just some things that could have improved the total experience.
That said, I WOULD stay here again!

806 Liverpool Ct, San Diego, CA 10/5-10/8
The property at 806 Liverpool Ct was outstanding. Great location- steps from Mission Bay and a great view from the roof-top deck. The condo was very nicely decorated and very neat. There are numerous places to eat within a short walking distance. The weather could not have been better: sunny and warm, but not too hot. The only negative was getting in and out of the garage was sometimes tight due to vehicles parked in the alley adjacent to the garage door of the unit.
Overall, this property is attractive, comfortable and very enjoyable for a stay right in the middle of the Mission Bay/Beach area. I would recommend this property as a great vacation get-away spot.
Thank you so very much! The beach area is a bit tight when it comes to parking. The garage is great for 2 mid-size cars. There is also overnight parking just of El Carmel Place, which is very close by! Street parking is an option, but you have to watch out for street sweeping times! Travelers under 23: We do not rent to single travelers under the age of 23 unless they are traveling with someone over the age of 25.
