About Scott Rosser
Hi, my name is Scott and I was born and raised in Southern California. After college, I moved to the West Hollywood area and started working for a bank. Now 20 years later I have an amazing life including a 1924 Spanish home that I spent several years renovating. I travel as much as possible and enjoy learning about new cultures. I will also have a special connection with Los Angeles, there's amazing nightlife and seeing famous people everyday is a lot of fun. I know you will enjoy your stay here.

This house is beautiful and cozy and was a pleasure to come home to every evening of my 8 week stay. Well supplied kitchen — had virtually everything I needed to cook with. Charming neighborhood full of beautifully restored 1920s and 30s houses and duplexes and an easy walk to cafes and grocery stores. This is a perfect house for an extended stay in LA for a couple or a single person.
Charming and clean, well appointed.
My husband and I and our 8 year old dog spent a week here. It was perfect for our needs and in a great location to walk to many fun places and areas. Scott was available if needed, but all was good. We would rent it again!
Lovely home in charming neighborhood
I spent five days with my 15 year old son during February school holiday. The home is perfect for two people. It was recently remodeled so the bathroom and kitchen are nearly new and have high quality appliances and fixtures, great sheets in a cozy and quiet bedroom, and a small backyard. We brought our dog (small cockapoo) and it worked out well. You are centrally located, near restaurants, shopping etc, and have off street parking
Well located. very comfortable. Nicely decorated, had fresh flowers on our arrival. Central location makes getting around very easy. Many good restaurants in area. equipped with cable TV and Wifi. Has parking space in quite upscale area. Very good value as the parking spot alone is worth at least 25 dollars a day. Has all things need. Iron, fan, cookware, coffee maker, cooking oils, seasonings, etc.
Nice apartment for two
The apt was as advertised: nicely furnished, spacious, and clean. We enjoyed our week there and would be ready to stay there again, which is the best way to say that this is a great place to rent in LA. for two people.
just about perfect
Perfect. Phenomenal location in a safe, somewhat upscale neighborhood. Quiet street. Quiet neighbors - lots of folks politely walking their dogs.
The house seems very recently redone, and decorated right out Restoration hardware. Not over decorated with somebodies odd chatchkas, tasteful, adult, comfortable. Everything you need, and nothing you dont. Three bouquets of fresh flowers in place on arrival. SPOTLESSLY CLEAN. The photos do it justice.
When i say well appointed, i mean it - right down to a spare fan for us women who need one on the nightstand. Need a hammer - check. Need duct tape, check. A brita in the cooler, check. Detergent, bleach and bounce for the laundry - check.
Kitchen equally well appointed - though each cook differs lol!
Great bed, great linen, extra linen - check.
separate air conditioners in the bedroom and living space.
the little things you want in the kitchen cupboards but dont want to buy for a short stay - all there. Including coffee filters.
Towels a plenty. GOOD ONES.
OFF STREET PARKING for in my estimation up to three vehicles (all one behind the other if you use the enclosed back space as well.
Nice simple back yard, well fenced (will easily secure all but a teacup sized dog which might slip under the two inch gap at the gate. BBQ. Lounge chairs.
I hate writing this nice a revue, as i can just about kiss goodbye any last minute availability on this one.
Internet: not as fast as you might want - alas, life is imperfect.
