This spacious 3 bd, 2 bath ocean view home has all the amenities suited for a family, and affords the privacy for business professionals.

Walk to San Pedro State Beach, hike on the famous Devils Slide Trail. This is a well-lit custom made house built with great pride.

The Space

Spacious house with large deck to enjoy the outdoors! What is unique about this house is its open concept, and customized woodwork. No worries about parking either, as the driveway is available to you for parking. It is the entry way to the Pedro Point Headlands!

Conveniently located off San Pedro Avenue, you will be close to everything you want to do. Your comfort is our highest priority. This is a true THREE bedroom home. Upstairs bedroom with an additional sleeping area. The master loft is quiet and cozy with a queen-size bed, a full bath and relaxing sitting area. The second and third bedrooms on the bottom floor are private, both with a queen beds and offers plenty of natural light. . Great place for meetings and team building as well!

One thing to note is there is an apartment below the house and your consideration would be appreciated.

First time to Pacifica?

This is the perfect rental to experience all that Pacifica and the coast has to offer. You will be pleasantly surprised as to how close you are to everything, and how clean and comfortable your environment will be!

It is very important to us that our neighbors are not disturbed after 9 pm.

Smoking is permitted outside the apartment.

Pets are not allowed.

Events are allowed with prior approval and additional rates apply.

No loud noise or music after 9 PM.


There is not a need to drive anywhere! Everything is within walking distance, including public transportation! A short walking distance to Pacifica State Beach, Discount grocery store, NorCal Surf Shop, and some great local eateries. This natural connecting point of beaches, headlands and hills provides a wide range of recreational opportunities from surfing, boating, scuba, fishing and paragliding, to hiking, birding, cycling and horseback riding. Pacifica also offers golf, tennis, bowling, archery and loads of team sports. Enjoy the Northern California beach town, 20 minutes from downtown San Francisco and 15 minutes from San Francisco International Airport.

My top picks:

Within walking distance is La Playa and The Tap Room for lunch and dinner.

For breakfast, there are options within walking distance at High Tide, Sunrise Café, and Starbucks.

A short drive away is Nicks. Live music on Friday and Saturdays. Excellent Crab Sandwich and steak and lobster. Open for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Breakers at Rockaway, is also open for early breakfast.

Ketch Joanne’s in Half Moon Bay is excellent for breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner.

La Costenera is my go to place for happy hour and dinner. Opens at 5pm, and go straight down to the bar area. Try the sangria, seafood paella, ceviche and believe it or not, ribs!

Getting around

Walking distance to Sam Trans and a 10 minute ride to the BART station. Uber and Lyft are also an option.

What I found disappointing for the price point was that there was no security for check-in. Stayed in several VRBOs, and either a management company, a lock box, or app to orchestrate secure check-in. Not so here. And the owner is non-responsive. "Just call or email with any questions or concerns". did both & never received a response. The parking situation requires more than being sensitive to the neighbors. And, the neighbors dogs, 3-4, have free reign over the backyard, rendering it virtually useless due to the dogs and their feces. Maintenance of electrical is also a safety issue. I don't feel it was quite as advertised, and while spacious, not a gourmet kitchen and not worth the price.

The location was perfect for the activities we had planned.

Easy to get to Pier 39 & Alcatraz Ferry. Property was perfect for our mixed group of adults and teens. We felt very much at home, with lots of room to spread out for 7 people. Short walk to the beach, good eating places close by, and grocery. We had a wonderful time.

Rustic & Beautiful & Close to the Ocean

Loved the house as it was rustic and lovely. The construction is such that young children should NOT stay here as there are many places for them to fall from one story to the next (would not be compliant by today's building standards.) There is a tenant UNDER the house who doesn't tolerate much if any noise (even in the middle of the day!) We were very quiet and the few times we made a rumble, he complained. Lastly, there were stray dogs running around the communal backyard so we were not able to use the outside space.
