A unique development of 4 apartments with large swimming pool, set in mature gardens with sea views. The elevated ground floor apartment has a large, light and airy open plan living/dining area with patio doors leading to a large south facing terrace with patio furniture and barbecue. There is a feature fire place with flame effect gas fire, satellite and android TV via the WiFi in the apartment, DVD and CD player. The modern, well equipped kitchen has granite worktops with breakfast bar, gas hob/ electric oven, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave and family-sized fridge freezer. There are two good sized bedrooms (one double bedroom and one twin) with fitted wardrobes and safe. There is separate access and private parking. Sun loungers are provided for the pool area.

The apartment is in a great location, less than 10 minutes easy walk from the village centre and beach.

Perfect location

No need to use car around Luz, perfect access to the beach, restaurants and markets. We spent wonderful week in this property, which was really clean and well equipped. The best advanatage is straight access to the garden with swimming pool and BBQ.

Ideal Apartment for Praia da Luz

We are two seniors who enjoyed our stay in a very comfortable apartment which offered all the amenities we required. A convenient position adjacent to the pool in a location 10 minutes walk from the centre. We hope to return soon.

Lovely place. Good location.

The apartment is located about 10 minutes walk from a little town centre of Luz. 15 minutes to the closest beach with bars and restaurants. The apartment is very well equipped with additional bits and pieces left most likely by holidaymakers :-) The distance of 10-12 foot steps to the swimming pool will make you smiling all day long :-)

The only downside is lack of air-con. As you need to have windows open, noise from nearby streets can be a bit annoying in the early morning. Well, at least you won't waste your time in bed ;-)

Tom, the owner, is very helpful. We needed an extra cot bed, which he organized for us. All in all, good holiday.

A lovely plave to bring a little one , with the pool on the doorstep and privacy to stretch out on loungers.There is everythig you need there to make it a comfortable stay ..even english tv for my mums soap addiction!! there is a very thoughtful information pack with recommendations of beaches, and places to eat in Luz. A car made things so nice and easy! We loved our break away in the sun and felt right at home!! thanks!!!

Praia Da luz

We returned from staying here on 3rd June and can only give positive reviews about this great apartment. The location was excellent the facilities were perfect. the pool and gardens were better than we could have expected.

The apartment is only a short walk from the restaurants and supermarkets and the road outside

gave easy access by car to lagos and the lovely villages west of luz.

It was great to have uk tv channels for the occasions we needed them(pity Aberdeen lost in the cup final) and can i suggest do not go the Irish pub if you don't support Celtic.

Tom kept us well advised on the facilities and arrangements and could not have been more helpful

thanks for keeping us right on the car hire which allowed us to visit some of the smaller beaches surrounding Luz.

we were also delighted to meet some of Tom's neighbours Brian and Anne were delightful and we enjoyed sharing a glass of wine on the excellent Patio.

if you are looking for a holiday in this area then you would be hard pressed to find a better location

The apartment is ideally situated in the pretty village of Praia da Luz, within ten minutes easy walking distance of the blue flag beach and village centre. This small exclusive development of four luxury apartments is in the exclusive Monte Lemos area, set among beautiful villas and gardens. It is south facing with sea views and spectacular sunsets. Luz is five minute drive from the picturesque old town of Lagos with narrow cobbled streets and marina. There are two golf courses close by, Boavista (2km) and Parque de Floresat (7km).
