The Apt. is in the perfect LA location, it's in a neighborhood in the lower Hollywood Hills on the Valley side right by Universal Studios, but only minutes from Hollywood. Vintage homes and big trees give you a peaceful place to hang your hat while you explore big city adventures. Close to all amenities, supermarket, drug stores & shopping. The apartment has been completely remodeled and is tucked under a 1929 original 2 bedroom Spanish house. The space is cozy but has everything you'll need: a separate bedroom, wifi, flat screen screen TV, custom bathroom and shower, microwave, hi-tech electric induction stove, and a full size refrigerator. A large private deck is steps away, equipped with a propane barbecue, table and chairs for 4 shaded by a large umbrella, and a comfortable lounge chair for enjoying the wonderful Los Angeles climate. You have your own gated private entrance and a parking spot right in front of the garage. There are about a dozen steps up to the Apt. from street level.

Great location and nice place to stay when you want to visit at Universal studios.
The appartment was cute, clean and well equipped for a few days visit near by Universal studios. First night there was some kind of party going on upstairs which we didn't appreciate, but excluding that we enjoyed our stay. Location was great for visiting Universal studios: 10 minutes walk down hill to near to metrostation and free shuttle to main entrance.
My wife and I were out of town for the weekend, my daughter came home from her college to feed the cat. Apparently she did more than that. I can assure you this will never happen again and if you should ever want to return, you may have the Apt. one night for free.
Great choice for an LA stay!
This was the perfect place for our 4-day stay in LA. The apartment was clean, quiet, nicely decorated and contained everything we needed, even good coffee! We wanted a place near a subway stop, and this was a short 10-minute walk through a lovely, safe neighborhood to the Universal City station. The patio right outside was like having another room. If or when we return to this city, we will definitely stay here again.
My husband and I both enjoyed the quiet neighborhood. Apartment perfect for a couple. Comfy bed. Coffee maker and coffee provided a huge plus for me. We also appreciated its close proximity to attractions we were visiting; Universal, Hollywood Blvd, Sunset Ranch, and Warner Bros. We rented a car, but a couple of outings we opted to Uber and it was quick/easy and less than $10 to our destination. Will definitely book next time we're in LA.
Very cozy apartment in good location
We enjoyed our stay here very much. The apartment is small but had everything we needed, including thoughtful details like coffee and real half & half!
Cozy, relaxing, great location.
Close to everything, clean and cozy. Highly recommend for a a couple.
Great location, comfortable, will be back again.
Nice patio area, well equipped kitchen area, clean, quiet, parking included right in front, easy to get to. 😄
This apartment is a short walk to Universal Studios and the Subway which gets you into Hollywood in 15 minutes. Studio City is just a short drive up Ventura Blvd where restaurants and shops abound.
