Great area for recreation!
This home was very comfortable and functional and easy access to the islands and reserves in the area. The only recommendation would be to have a list of house rules for the guests including garbage and recycling dates, checkout information, etc. so guests would not have to bother the owner with these questions during their stay. Overall we had a great month in Bradenton!

Happy with the rental
We are returning renters at the properties owned by Chris and Gord. The accommodation was as advertised. Kitchen was well stocked. It was nice having a Weber grill and second bathroom with toilet and shower. The weather was unseasonably hot and humid in November but the AC worked great. Would like to return again.
A wonderful family experience.
Clean home, all essentials available within the home. Chris was readily available for booking questions. Property was in a nice neighborhood, friendly neighbors, and minutes from beautiful beaches and local shops. Will definitely book again. Chris, thank you for allowing us to also bring along our family dog. Booked for 4th of July 2016 holiday.

Great location, a few minutes to the beach.
We are seniors, stayed at this rental from April 15th to May 8th 2016. Great location, quiet cul de sac, good neighbours, and very helpful. Located off 75th, 1/2 way between Cortez, and Manatee. Close to grocery stores, Aldi, Wallmart, Publix, etc. Great shopping close by, outlets, good food. Above all, very close to Anna Maria Island, and the beaches. The rental had all the necessary items required for any vacation, including beach gear. Large flat screen, 32 in in the master bedroom, lots of dressers, mirrors, and of course hangers (not all places have enough). Place was clean, and recently re-furbished, flooring, etc. There was also a nice Florida room, sun all day, TV, computer desk, etc. Single garage, great for storage, golf clubs, etc, so you need not have them in the vehicle all the time. AND especially for us Canadians, a BBQ (Weber) I might add, which was CLEAN !!!, quite a few places which have BBQs, cleaning is not always done, for new arriving guests. Large backyard, and small front entrance area with comfortable chairs/cushions/tables, for nice evenings. Couple of minor issues, which are not worth a mention, but informed the owner, who advised same would be taken care of. Did not hinder our time in the house.
Overall my wife and I would recommend the rental unit to anyone, for an enjoyable trip to Bradenton Florida, and the beaches, shopping etc.

Great location/nice property
Stayed at this listing VRBO # 622029, from April 15th to May 8th 2016. The listing description was accurate, regarding the location, layout, and amenities.
Home was situated on a very quite cul de sac, in a great neighbourhood. The house had all the necessary items required for a great vacation, and above all, for us Canadians a good BBQ, (Weber) which I might add worked well, and was clean. The layout of the house was great, and we really enjoyed the lanai, with computer desk, and comfortable chairs etc, and small TV.
The main area, had a large flat screen, plenty of seating, quite comfortable. Full dining room area, and smaller two set table and chairs. Two bedrooms, lots of dressers, mirrors, and a good number hangers (which a lot of places do not). 32 inch TV in the master bedroom, which is a must, at least for us.
Main full bath, double sinks, marble vanity, large mirror, well appointed. House had all fairly new floors etc. Nice touch were the chairs etc outside in the front.
The property was clean, and appeared well maintained. In a lot of properties its a hit and miss with regard to the meaning of clean. We liked the garage for
golf club storage etc, instead of having same in the vehicle all the time, There were beach chairs, umbrella etc provided. Air could be set and regulated as per your liking (some places are locked pre-set, and or limited movement). Cleaning material available, IE: bucket/sponge mops/etc. The owner responded to inquiries promptly, few minor issues, no problems.
We would recommend this property to friends, relatives etc.
This location is very close to the beach, Anna Maria Island, grocery stores (Aldi-Wallmart), golf courses, restaurants etc.

Great vacation home
We enjoyed our fall trip to sunny Florida and especially enjoyed this home! Nicely remodeled and decorated with all the conveniences of my home. SUPER LOCATION! Just minutes to Anna Maris Island, Beaches, Publix, post office, several restaurants, walking trails at Robinson Preserve and Desoto. Owners live nearby and do the landscaping. Great local knowledge of where to go and what to do! Will book again next year! Love this home and location.
