Nice place and close to everything

Nice modern updates to an historic home. Right downtown so close to everything, most within walking distance. With that location, however, comes some noise and activity. If you are looking for a quiet slow pace location, this is not it.

Beautiful property, conveniently located for business travel

In St. Paul for a conference at the River Center and couldn't have asked for a nicer place to stay for several days. The renovation of this historical property had clearly been done with great care. Dirk provides a clean, stylish, and well-appointed home for visitors and he was very responsive to inquiries. Highly recommend.

For anyone coming to St. Paul and wants to be near the Riverside Center, this is far superior to staying at any of the hotels in the area. Good restaurants within one block. Would definitely stay again.
