Seaside 303 is a two-bedroom / two-bathroom, air-conditioned condo that sleeps six when the queen-sized sofa bed is called into service. You’ll find a flat-screen TV in the living room along with free Internet service. The Internet is a quick and easy way to send vacation photos back home or to make restaurant reservations. The living room is designed with your comfort in mind. Plush couch and cushy recliner invite you to completely relax and let go of all stress.
Step out through the large sliding glass doorway to enjoy the lanai with its view that changes with the moods of the sea. You’ll love watching dolphins, seabirds and fishermen make their way across the waters.
Head the other way past the living room to reach the dining room kitchen area. The table easily seats four and the compact kitchen includes everything you need to prepare anything from a simple snack to a five-course gourmet meal. Chances are you’ll spend many evenings dining at our area restaurants, including the one right across the street. The seafood in our area is especially delicious!
The master bedroom includes a king-sized bed and wall-mounted TV for late night viewing. You’ll also enjoy the private lanai access from the master. Imagine sitting on the lanai listening to waves lap the shore and watching the moon rise over the Gulf. It’s so peaceful and relaxing.
The second bedroom has two twin beds and another wall-mounted TV. There’s also a large dresser to hold all the clothes you bring on your vacation. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, which does so much to reduce congestion in the morning when everyone is trying to get ready for the day of fun.
The Seaside condo complex has a beautiful swimming pool for guests to enjoy with lots of lounge and deck chairs. There’s also a shuffleboard court and barbecue area where you are welcome to grill for your guests.
You could spend your entire vacation at Seaside condo complex, but there’s so much to do in the area, you really should venture beyond the Seaside borders. Take a short drive south to Lovers Key State Park where you can rent a kayak or bicycle and explore untamed, natural Florida. See wildlife in its natural habitat and marvel at the color and beauty of exotic birds that make their home in the park.
Maybe you’ll want to take a fishing excursion on the Gulf or play golf on the nearby public executive course. There’s truly something for everyone near Seaside 303.

The condo is nice with it being right on the ocean, and having the publix directly across the street is a bonus. Our only issue was the pool was closed for 3 days to be cleaned during our stay.

Great location, beautiful beach, very nice apartment with almost everything one needs included. Publix is just across the street, and also a trolley stop.
On the negative side the pullout sofa bed mattress was very old, it, it is not the one for that kind of bed, and it was very uncomfortable. The unit towels do not get changed during our stay, we had to washed our own. Also missing, some kind of mop to dry the tile floor when coming from the beach/pool.
EVERYTHING ELSE WAS GREAT AND WILL RECOMEND IT TO EVERYONE!

Our family truly enjoyed our time at the Seaside. Our condo was comfortable and clean. The property was close to everything yet not too close to all of the excitement. The beach was quiet and relaxing just what we were looking for.
I love this place!
Just spent a week in this lovely condo. It was very clean, well decorated and had everything we needed. Plenty of room for the three of us and that screened in porch. ..we sat there every morning and evening, even after dark just to listen to the waves . I liked that it was a little ways from the action because it was quieter. It's right on the water, grocery store right across the street and the price is right. I'm guessing we will be returning and hopefully to #303!
Information Before Booking
Although our room was very nice, I wish certain things would have been disclosed before we booked. For example, all those nice "beach chairs" they show are actually parking lot chairs- you cannot move them from their location or you will get in trouble. So, following the rules like they asked, we sat in these chairs only to get attacked immediately by red mandable ants that gave us huge blisters. When we told the office they acted like they could care less and only replied with, "well, we would have to call someone." I'm pretty sure that is your job! No apologies to us at all. Then, one day we had no access at all to any of the pool or "beach" chairs, as they were roped together and put up "just in case" a hurricane hits (the hurrucane had already dissipated and nothing more than a small storm rolled in that night (at least 6 hours later). They also locked the outdoor bathrooms this day. We paid for these things.... The screened in porch is very hard to take pictures through- not the best view as the railing is exactly at eye level when sitting on the porch furniture, as well as the tops of the palm trees. None of the deck lights worked in our building. I assume this was on purpose as it was sea turtle laying season, but it would have been nice to be told this, as we could not enjoy time outside once the sun started to go down. We had a few older people with us that really didn't like the porch- you cannot see in pictures that there are walls on both sides that also somewhat limit your view. We had come basic starting items in the kitchen, but no coffee, etc. No big deal. We did see dolphins almost every day playing in the ocean. Beds were very comfortable, unit was clean. I agree with all the others that the office doesn't really help with anything. We had to call vrbo for everything, even the simple stuff. Would not stay here again, I feel sorry for the owner of the condo, her unit is too nice for such a disrespectful, unwelcoming, office staff. ALSO, you will need a car or taxi unless you plan on not doing much. Not within walking distance to much except Publix. Times Square was about 2 miles away.
