About Dianne Kramer
Brett Kramer is a high school teacher in Kansas. Dianne Kramer is a nurse practitioner in Kansas. We both love Georgetown and the mountain activity offered here. Our summer vacation in Georgetown was a family outing, with the 3 year old grandson ready to move the rest of his family here from Kansas City. The whole family loved the trip.
Dianne Kramer purchased this House in 2014
Why Dianne Kramer chose Georgetown
We purchased the property after a summer family vacation in Georgetown. We fell in love with the town and the lifestyle, and wanted to have it again, as well as to offer it to other family groups for memory building at a slower pace! Georgetown is located on the front range, very close to Loveland Ski Area, and about 30-45 minutes from Keystone, depending on traffic and weather. Also close to Denver.
What makes this House unique
This home is very cozy, allowing spots to get away from each other but also plenty of areas to be together in a large group. The location on this very gentle lake promises to be a place to make memories with the grandkids, and a place for my husband to just sit and fish if he wishes. The many windows in the home allow for great ventilation on warm days. We are off the interstate just enough that the noise is not a big problem, but accessibility is available.

Comfortable and great location to all the attractions
Great Social Space
Had a great reunion here. Plenty of space to spread out. Had everything we needed and grocery stores close by.
Check in was easy, just a code on the door. Noise wasn’t an issue in the house, we never heard anything and we could play music without bothering the neighbors.
I would definitely come back. We loved the many sleeping services. Anyone needing a private bedroom should know there’s one proper bedroom in the house. The rest of the beds are semi private, but that worked well for us.
10/10, not one complaint.
Great house, perfect for 8 people
The house is awesome! Clean, close to a lot of skiing and things to do. Had 10 people there and We fit well!
Good place very nice view and polite menagment ,we had good time for new year only one thing dinner table too small for 10 people only room for 6
Great house for our family. Clean, comfortable, and well stocked with everything we needed. Would recommend and would stay there again!
Nice and Relaxing time in Georgetown
We had a great, relaxing time at your house in Georgetown. The colors were just starting to turn. The lake was nice to be on and use our kayaks and paddle boat. I would suggest you get someone to replace the burnt out light bulbs, because there was several.
Thanks again. Keep Smiling!

The tiny town of Georgetown has 3 main areas, the historic downtown, where many stores, art and specialty shops for ice cream, baked goods, are located, the area near the visitor center, which includes restaurants, convenience stores, and Family Dollar, and the Georgetown Loop Railroad park, for train rides. The lake area is primarily housing.
