This condo is located just a short walk to the PCMR lifts, 6 blocks to the heart of Park City's historic downtown, and just feet from the bus stop. The bus in Park City is free, no rental car needed.

Brand new paint throughout. New hardwood floors in main room. New carpet and bedding in all bedrooms. New 55' smart HDTV plus Bluetooth soundbar.

The condo is over 1300 square feet, plus balcony. Plenty of windows and beautiful views of the foothills one way and PCMR the other. The main living area is large and well furnished. Open concept floor plan with kitchen, living room, and dining room all together. Gas fireplace in living room. HDTV, cable, and wifi. There's a balcony off of the dining room that also has great views.

Master suite has a king-size bed, gas fireplace, and its own bathroom with jacuzzi bathtub. Second bedroom has a queen bed. Third bedroom has two single beds. Second bathroom off the kitchen. Washer/dryer. Storage locker for your skis, suitcases, etc. on first floor of building.

Dedicated parking space on driveway outside of my unit's garage (I use the garage for my own storage).

The Lift Line condo's common areas include a large hot tub (indoor), sauna, bathrooms, ping-pong table room, and sitting area.

Nice condo and good proximity to Park City Mountain Ski Resort

We enjoyed our stay at the condo. The condo is only two blocks from the Park City Mountain Ski Resort. The kitchen is well stocked with all the essentials. The rooms are good size and beds are clean and comfortable. There are some board games in the condo. There is a storage room on the first floor for all the ski/snowboards equipment. There is a ping pong table, foosball table and hot tub on the first floor as well. The owner is very reasonable and responsive. There are many restaurants nearby.

Great apartment, close to the lifts and well equiped for a family stay!

We have been in this apartment now 3 years in a row. We love it!! Dave and his team on the ground provide great service and help if needed. The apartment has everything you need for a great stay. Nice living room and very spacious bedrooms & bathrooms. The lifts are a short 5 min walk and in 15 minutes you are in Main Street for shopping and dinner. We really recommend this apartment.

Great condo, great location!

We really enjoyed staying at this condo! We felt right at home as soon as we walked in the door, and the local property manager was both friendly and helpful with getting us checked in. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed, and it was handy that there were some spices etc. in the cupboard. It was handy to have the washer/drier right in the unit, and both worked well. The beds and bedding were super comfortable. It was easy to adjust the temperature of the condo and keep it right where we wanted it. There is a nice place to hang your skis right when you enter the front door. The deck was nice and the grill looked good too, although we didn't use it. The TV, sound bar, Wifi etc all worked great. The location of the condo is wonderful - we considered using the bus or walking just up the hill to Park City base, but we ended up driving because we like to get to the hill early and there was plenty of free parking at both Park City and the Canyons (then we had more flexibility with our plans at the end of the day). The property owner (Dave) was very friendly and easy to work with. We would definitely stay here again if we get back to Utah!

Perfect for a ski weekend!

The property was perfect for a skiing weekend. We were able to walk right to the lift for skiing and into downtown for dinner. The kitchen was great for making our own dinners and well equipped. Plenty of sheets and towels. I'd definitely stay again!
