Why Charles Stucki chose Incline Village
This house has a fantastic location and great views of Lake Tahoe. It's near all the Incline Village amenities and attractions and easy to get to from either California or Reno. It is a great place to relax in summer or winter!

This is a large and lovely home with views of the lake. The snow is piled high outside and the house was warm and welcoming. It is very close to Diamond Peak and Mount Rose which made for wonderful ski days. I loved the kitchen best of all. It has lots of counter space and is well stocked with cookware, dishes, flatware and lots and lots of glasses.
The house was well stocked with all the necessities to really cook in the house. It's really thoughtful with plastic plates for kids and just all the kitchen gadgets and equipment you need. Best house every stayed in terms of completeness in that area. Very clean too.
The house was spacious and has a great deck for bbq'ing and hanging out. The rooms are spacious and like that each room can have their own bathroom so good for 3 different couples/families with very young kids to share the place. Having enough hot water though was an issue. It was freezing cold water if all 3 showers were on and the dishwasher and washer was on.
The main issue was with the property mgmt company because they gave us a contact number for the south tahoe office and they can't find our reservation because it's booked through HomeAway and they just weren't very helpful. Luckily, the owner is quick to respond to issues himself on email.
Oh, the other "issue" is that parking is really just good for 2 cars inside the garage. The driveway is super short and we didn't want to park our car along the street as it was somewhat of a turning corner that felt our car can easily be hit by a driver who's not careful.
House with Lake Tahoe view!
Our family of six adults and a one-year old grandchild was perfectly comfortable with more than ample space in this hillside house. Three bedrooms had exclusive baths and the family room provided bright, safe space for our little one to sleep/play while in close proximity to the parents' bedroom. Great layout on two levels! The house had everything we needed for a week's stay over Labor Day weekend, from the outdoor bbq and dining table on the sunny deck, to the extra garage space for 4+ bikes and stroller. The location was fabulous for beaches, lakeside restaurants in the village and north tahoe, mountain biking, and lakeside paved biking paths, being only minutes away by car. The private community beaches were made accessible with an owner's pass, and we found you could easily spend the day there with all the amenities provided. Oh, and the Wi-Fi in the house was fast and reliable . . just as expected! Well-equipped kitchen, laundry, and lots of sunlight and windows made this house so very enjoyable.
I totally loved this house!
We stayed for the first time at this house over the July 4th week. It is spectacular: really nice central location, gorgeous views and a completely outfitted gourmet kitchen. Lots of sleeping capacity (we had at maximum 10 people but could have 12 in beds with room for more) and plenty of bathrooms. And enough dinnerware and silverware to host a dinner party for like 20+. Tons of towels and nice nice sheets to the point we felt like we were in a hotel! There are TVs everywhere with cable, great Wifi, and a really nice house layout. We could all be together in the great room or spend time privately. Do NOT miss sunset on the porch which is really something. We had cocktails out there every night and went for walks around the neighborhood in the evenings too. So lovely!
Also, the house is two levels so it's good for grownups and kids. There are two awesome rooms for "the kids" to entertain themselves complete with TVs and one with a DVD (We brought a few). One room is a kids dream room with two levels and a big TV. Lots of slumber parties in there with popcorn and a movie.
The downstairs req room doubles as a bedroom and was great for one family with young kids. That room even has a sink which was nice for late night bottles. There is what appears to be a brand new elliptical and that got a lot of use while we were there. There's even a fan in there for the "sweatier" among us. This house had everything!
Two parking spots in the garage and room for cars in the very short driveway. But also lots of good street parking.
We did a lot of hiking and this house has really easy access to the Mt Rose highway and therefore quick to get to Reno. It's a 5 min drive to downtown Incline and at the end of town towards Kings Beach so that is a quick drive away also.
The house has beach chairs and other stuff for beach days. Our favorite spot was Sand Harbor state park for beach, kayaking and paddle boarding. The fourth of July fireworks and celebration were great too!
