The Pointe Resort is a gated community located in North Phoenix about 10 miles NE of downtown Phoenix and is adjacent to the Pointe Hilton Resort at Tapatio Cliffs. The complex features 3 heated pools and spas plus community tennis/ basketball courts. Nearby is fantastic hiking/biking at North Mountain Preserve and Trails. Ten golf courses are within a 7 miles of the resort community. The centralized location provides easy access to highways, casinos, sports complexes, all Phoenix has to offer from the North Central Phoenix Location. Get to ASU and Barrett-Jackson in about 20 minutes.

We love what Phoenix is all about and what it has to offer--the weather, golf, hiking, pools, and our property being centrally located makes it a perfect location.
Our location allows for great interior and exterior entertaining and allows us to take advantage of the warm days and nights. And the fireplace allows to be cozy on the occasional cool nights.
As a long time resident of Phoenix, I can say without a doubt that this is the condo to rent for your next vacation! I've stayed at the Royal Palms, Hilton resorts, Kimpton hotels, W hotel for stay-cations. Not only is this condo very well-appointed with everything one would want or need (gourmet kitchen, high thread count sheets, high speed internet, premium movie channels) you have amazing privacy, a lovely private patio area with a couple sitting areas, 3 heated pools, professionally landscaped grounds that rival the local resorts and high end neighborhoods for taking morning and afternoon strolls with mountain views to boot! This condo is also less than five minutes from the great new restaurants up and down 7th Street. Stay here and still have plenty of money to really enjoy the local scene. I stayed here with my family during our extensive home renovation and if I had to do it all over again, I would definitely reserve this condo without question. The owners are the best.
The condo was as exactly as the owner and pictures stated. It was clean and very comfortable. The owner was very easy to communicate with and quick to reply answers to any questions we had. We truly enjoyed our stay and will be looking to rent it again next time we are in the area.
Great location and access to many golf courses, hiking trials and nearby Tapatio Cliffs Resort, where we ate most our lunches and dinners. Townhouse is even nicer than pictures, with beautiful and private courtyard, which is perfect for our dogs. Condo is clean and equipped with all amenities, pots, pans, towels etc. Super comfy couch and bed. Seamless booking process, Rick -the owner is very pleasant to deal with. We needed to stay longer then original plan and he was able to accommodate us and even gave us a discount.
Very nice, up to date, and functional townhouse. We stayed with our three boys and had plenty of room to spread out. Unit had everything we needed to cook when we wanted and the kids loved the pool. The unit is also laid out nicely so that we didn't hear our neighbors and they (probably) didn't hear our sometimes noisy kids.
We were taking a tour of Colorado and Arizona and our trip plans got massively changed because I ended up in the hospital. Rick was extremely gracious. We arrived to the unit a couple days later then what we had booked and he, without request, volunteered to let us stay longer. He was totally accommodating of our needs.
We look forward to getting to stay here again!
This townhouse is in a great location and close to restaurants and shopping and most anything else you would want to do. It is in a gated community and feels very safe. Great area for hiking and biking with several trails and great views. The bed was exceptionally comfortable with nice bedding. The owner was great to work with and was very accommodating. We stayed 34 days during this trip and will stay again in the future. Thank you for the stay.
Very nice townhouse. Clean, had everything we needed and more. Only two of us, we had lots of room. Very comfortable, and we enjoyed our stay. Downstairs patio very large, had nice patio furniture. Upstairs deck had good sun – Would have liked to have had some outdoor chairs upstairs. Couch super comfy, and TV had premium cable with PVR capabilities – Something not expected, but pleasantly surprised with. Master bedroom very nice with two sink bathroom. Bedding very nice and comfortable. Stayed a week in November (Remembrance Day), enjoyed all three pools. Pools were quiet, had lots of available lounge chairs. Each pool had nice clean bathrooms. Very nice having a covered parking space right at the door. Complex is a gated community, which made us feel safe. Parts of the area around seem industrial – Although there are some residential areas. Went for a nice walk each morning. Takes only 10 to 15 minutes to walk to some prime hiking spots (or a 3 to 5 minute drive). These spots take two different routes, so able to get variety in our daily walks (either up N 12th Street towards Pointe Hilton Tapatio Cliffs Resort, or down E Peoria Avenue towards N 7th Steet). Was our first time to Phoenix. Found the townhouse to be centrally located; however, it seemed to take forever to get anywhere in Phoenix. This would be true no matter where you stay, I’m sure, as Phoenix is spread out. Fortunately, the townhouse linked up easily to the main thoroughfares and interstates. We drove all around Phoenix – You definitely will need a car, as the transit system seemed almost non-existent, and taking a taxi anywhere would be expensive. The area where the townhouse is didn’t seem to have any restaurants within walking distance, unless you wanted to go to Big Daddy’s, which we didn’t try out. The owner, Rick, of the townhouse was good to work with. Very responsive via email and phone. It took awhile to get our damage deposit back. Got it in the mail at the end of December (our stay was the second week in Nov.), and then my Canadian bank held his personal cheque for 3 weeks, so really it took 2 and a half months for us to get our $500 damage deposit back. I’m sure Rick will be able to come up with better solutions for his future Canadian renters. He did look into an e-Transfer solution, but for some reason this didn’t work out – Although maybe it’s sorted out now. In any case, if we ever go back to Phoenix, we would stay in this townhouse again.
