I am originally from Canton, Ohio and moved here to Cleveland 15 years ago. I graduated from The Ohio State University and I own and operate a small diner located near the house called Gus's Family Restaurant, specializing in breakfast and lunch. I have served as president of my church parish council at The Annunciation Greek Orthodox Church and have chaired the Tremont Greek Fest from 2011-2015.
I love meeting people form all over the globe and telling them about our beautiful city. Cleveland is a special place and many people love it hear once they visit.
Nick Semertsidis purchased this apartment in 2004
My wife and I purchased this property as our first home. We lived in the upper unit and rented the bottom. Once we got word on the second baby coming, we stayed in the same neighborhood and purchased a house. This home will always be special to our family.
You will like that the neighborhood is lively, but quiet. You will find sidewalks to take a walk, and you will probably see deer running around. It is close to the grocery store and close to all major highways, truly making this the center to all of Cleveland.
Property was very clean, comfortable and quiet. I would stay here again. Much better than a hotel.
Very clean and welcoming property. It was close to downtown, shopping, restaurants etc.
The unit was very clean, the beds were comfortable, close to everything. Excellent value
Great place to stay! Kitchen was well stocked. The coffee maker malfunctioned and a new one was delivered later the same day! Everything was super clean. Nick was extremely easy to work with. We will definitely plan on staying again.
