This is a freshly upgraded and newly launched property with all new designer furnishings, high quality bedding, and featuring top quality amenities and attention to detail.

Royal Aloha is located in a versatile location at the gateway to Waikiki at 1909 Ala Wai Blvd., which is just off of the Kalakaua Avenue. It's a short walk to the Waikiki beach, or hop across the canal to Honolulu's favorite market and many local eateries. We provide beach gear, including boogies boards, beach chairs and a beach parasol. Your suite features HDTV with cable and Showtime Movies, free telephone and Wifi to relax and stay connected while enjoying your stay in paradise.

The master bedroom has a plush king-sized bed, and the second bedroom has one full and one twin sized bed. There is a sofa-bed in the living room so you can sleep up to six persons. Save over hotels and enjoy use of the full kitchen stocked with quality cookware.

There is on-site parking if you decide to rent a car, or get around on Honolulu efficient public transportation 'The Bus'. (On-site parking must be reserved in advance).

There is a pool on the lobby level, which has two BBQ grills. Everything you need for a comfortable stay!

Location was great. Older building needed upgrades.

The location of this condo is great. Blocks away from Waikiki resorts and restaurants. Accommodations inside the unit were nice - beds were comfortable, bathroom was clean, kitchen for the most part was clean. Lower stars given because pool was not clean and didn't seem to be heated, two lightbulbs were out in the unit, lighting fixture dirty in kitchen, and we saw a cockroach. Our negatives had more to do with the building maintenance and condition rather than the unit itself. For the amount paid per night, this wasn't the best value.

Christmas in Honolulu

My family and I really enjoyed this 2 bedroom condo in a great location. We could walk down to the main shopping area in Waikiki, walk to the beach and many nice restaurants. There was a grocery store 5 minutes away as well as a 7 Eleven and ABC store close by. We did have a rental car but didn't have to use it much as mostly everything was close by.

The condo was well laid out and has some major renovations done to make it very comfortable.

Accommodated our family of four (2 adult children) quite well.

We were very pleased with the location and set up of the apartment, it would very well for our family of four (2 adult children). This apartment would be perfect if it had different windows throughout, it would be much quieter. The kitchen was excellent and fairly well stocked. We used the pool a fair amount just to "hang" at the end of the day or take a break in the middle of the day. Close to the Canal walkway which is just beautiful and you could see the canal from the apartment; a bonus.

Good Apartment in Average Building

Apartment #907 was as advertised. It has been extensively renovated. It was large, clean and extremely well appointed. The rental staff were friendly and helpful when I called them. The apartment is well located, close to most needed amenities. Traffic noise is a huge problem in the main bedroom. I was leery of using any of the other facilities, except the laundry room, because some of the residents appeared a bit questionable. I could not get parking, but this was available one block away. My main point is that I got exactly what the pictures showed.

Nice place, good location, but so loud.

The property was clean upon arrival. It was pretty much what was discribed in the listing. The location was great. Easy to walk to everything, easy drive to hwy. short walk to beach. Really enjoyed that part.

The condo is VERY loud, even with windows shut. You can hear all street noise all day and night. If you are a light sleeper it is a problem. You're on the 9th floor but you can hear conversations and parties by the pool too. The condo didn't have things like dish soap, laundry soap, tissues, so we had to get many house hold items like that. So be sure to plan on getting those things when you arrive. There is no plastic liner on the shower curtain so the bathroom gets very wet. We had an issue of people walking by our door and knocking on it at night as well. Generally the neighbors were quiet but if the upstairs neighbor dropped something or moved a chair it's very audible (though that's probably similar at most shared wall spaces).

Overall we liked the place and appreciated that it was clean and it's location but based on how loud it was we wouldn't be able to stay there again.

Perfect Location, goo amenities

The property was secure, but check in was simple. It had lovely views of the canal. It was well equipped and ideal for our family of 4. The beds could do with some refurbishment.

The kitchen provided everything we needed. The sitting area was comfy and space for us all to relax.

It was situated close to several restaurants, and a 10 minute walk to the start of the beach.

Would stay again.
