Welcome to the heart of the 'Ballard Brewery District'. Within walking distance to 7 breweries, as well as the heart of downtown Ballard. Modern, free standing townhome with outdoor furniture, as well as a Queen and King bed. 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, 6 TVs, and everything else you would need for a stay. Kitchen is fully equipped with granite countertops, as well as anything you would need to cook a full meal, or you could enjoy many of the wonderful restaurants in the area. Less than a two block walk to a bus to downtown Seattle, or hop. House is about 40 minutes north of Seatac Airport, 10 minutes north of downtown Seattle.

The master bedroom has a king size bed, and second bedroom has a bunkbed + trundle (one full, two twins) and third bedroom has a queen size bed. Two bedrooms have 42" TV's, third bedroom has a 24", and the main room has a 55' plasma, all with Apple TV's, Roku's or Chromecasts. Wifi is included for free, no Cable TV, however all TV's have antennas, which get all network stations.

Sleeps 8 comfortably, 10+ if you want to sleep a couple on couch, or multiple people on twins.

I live in this house, and rent it out during my vacations. Because of that, the house is fully ready for anybody to move in for a few days or a week. I've lived in Seattle for about 10 years, and in Ballard for almost four.

Clean house in a nice spot

The host was very responsive and made everything very easy. Ballard is a great area and the house is on a nice, quiet street. Because of the quiet area you may want to find a different spot if you plan to be partying much, but for us it was perfect.

We were only here for one night but enjoyed the space. Lovely outdoor seating. Comfortable beds and plenty of baths. Would definitely stay again and explore the area more.

Great Location for all sorts of reasons!

We loved our stay in this house in Ballard. It is very close to all Seattle sites. And a bonus is that, it is in Ballard where there are - in walking distance - cute shops, great restaurants, a play ground, and brew pubs. Also interesting sites, such as the Troll, the Ballard Locks and ice cream! The house is very comfortable with good beds, lots of amenities and space, including a parking area in back, outdoor furniture and those cool Washington nights.

Great stay!

We stayed here for a little over a week and it was a great trip. The property is very nice with all the amenities one could want. In terms of location the property is in a great spot in Ballard, not far from downtown Fremont (5 min drive). Walk-able to a handful of restaurants (breakfast, pizza, BBQ), grocery store, and 4-5 breweries. The owner, Steven, is highly responsive, conscientious, and friendly.
