Beautiful furnished four bedroom, two bath, 2400 square foot condominium located just off of historic Bellevue Avenue, directly behind the Newport Art Museum. Property has a large open living/dining area, kitchen with dishwasher, gas stove and refrigerator, laundry outside kitchen door and a large beautiful sunroom overlooking the Newport Art Museum grounds. A very short walk to the Tennis Hall of Fame, Mansions, Shopping, Bars, Restaurants, Eastons Beach and the other Downtown Newport Entertainment Activities.
There is available parking on street and Bellevue Avenue and a small courtyard in back of building for cookouts. Perfect vacation getaway for singles, couples and families.
My wife and I have been either utilizing this property as our summer home or renting it out to tourists and yachting crews over the past 19 years. We take great pride in our property and make sure that our family and our clients have the best experience possible when staying there.

I own another vacation rental in Newport and have owned that property for 23 years. Newport is such a unique place in the summer that attracts tourists from all around the world. When this property became available we wanted to purchase it because it was much larger than our other property and could accomodate a larger group of people as well as my family and their friends.
The location is second to none if staying in Newport. It is a very quiet street walking distance to all Newport attractions. The location is directly behind the Newport Art Museum. During the summer months if you open the sunroom windows you can watch and listen to the outdoor concerts. Easton's Beach is 1/2 mile down the road. The Tennis Hall of Fame and Mansions are a short five minute walk and the waterfront is a ten minute walk.
I came to Newport, RI for a weekend with eight friends. This house was PERFECT for our needs. It's even cuter than it looks in the pictures. Everyone was able to have a bed. Joe, the landlord, was attentive and responsive through emails. It was clean and reasonably priced. And we were able to walk everywhere from this location! It's also on a street with unrestricted parking, which means no one got a ticket! I was very pleased with our stay! (But there is no grill as the listing suggests.) ENJOY!
