About the property

A privately owned fully furnished two-story townhouse located in the Fox Point at Redstone within the Kimball Junction area of Park City. Redstone Village is one of Park City's newest luxury developments. It is within an easy walk to restaurants, stores, Movie Theater and bowling alley. It is conveniently located only minutes from three world-class ski resorts, across the street from Utah's Olympic Park,(you can see the two large ski jumps from our living room), Historic Old Town Park City and championship golf courses.

This gorgeous townhome is a two bedroom, two and a half bath unit with 1300 square feet of living space and sleeps four-six.

The lower level of townhome features a gourmet kitchen with brand new stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops and 40' LCD flat screen TV. The dining area provides seating for 6 with additional seating for 2 at the kitchen bar. Dishes, flatware, glassware, and all cooking utensils are provided including a coffee maker, microwave, toaster and dishwasher for your convenience.

The living room is equipped with fireplace, 51' LCD flat screen TV with a blu ray player and half bathroom.

On the upper level, the master suite has a king size bed, walk in closet, alarm clock, 40' LCD flat screen TV and private bath with twin sinks, shower and separate large jetted tub.

The 2nd bedroom has two twin size beds and the laundry room complete with a washer and dryer.

Furniture at the entire unit is all new.

The unit has an attached 2 cars garage and the shared driveway area is heated.

Transportation - The Park City Transit Service is free and can drop you off at any of the three ski resorts, downtown Park City, or shopping centers. A pick-up point is right at Redstone Marketplace.

Stores and Restaurants – Are located within a short walk: Smith’s Foods, Walmart, Best Buy, Whole Foods, Starbucks, Ruby Tuesday, McDonalds, Panda Express, Red Rock Brewery, Subway, Quiznos and more.

Entertainment: Redstone 8 Cinemas, Jupiter Bowl

This was our 4th time in Park City and first time in this unit. It was the best place we have stayed there. Great location, very well appointed in a great location. The owners were very attentive and responsive. The unit is great for couples or a family. Lots of room and everything you need for a great vacation. Thanks!

Perfect place for a month long stay!

The location to Newpark and Red Stone shopping areas was great. Could walk the short distance to stores and groceries. Steps from many walking, running, and biking trails. Extremely well appointed condo with ample kitchen supplies, 3 TVs, BBQ grill, Wi-Fi, etc. Comfortable, stylish decorating and furniture. Every need was met by the owner. Appreciated the ceiling fans and didn't need to run the AC.

Would have appreciated cleaner windows and patios but the inside was well-kept. Wouldn't hesitate to return.

All around perfect home!

This home is in the perfect location and is equipped with all you need! It was a perfect size for my family of 4. When the homeowner says all u need is food and friends, that's the truth, pack your clothes and go! This rental had it all! Would definitely rent this unit again! Homeowner is quick to respond to inquiries and is very thorough! Thanks for a wonderful vacation!

Beautiful well appointed condo with excellent owner

My two college boys and I stayed here while skiing at Alta and were very comfortable. The condo has every amenity and the owner is very supportive. We love staying in the Redstone area as it offers easy access to the freeway and so many stores and restaurants are at hand. You can easily get to the Cottonwood Canyons and PC/DV. This condo is an excellent choice and we are looking forward to staying there again

Great amenities, location and convenience!

Our family stayed at this lovely condo for a 3-week ski trip. The condo was ideal -- stylish, clean, well-equipped, convenient to skiing, shopping, dining and other recreation in Kimball Junction and within a 12 - 15 minute drive to Main Street Park City. We had a great stay; owner was immediately responsive to any issues that might arise. We've stayed at many rentals in the area over the years and rate this one as our absolute favorite. We definitely plan to book again next year. Many thanks to our host for his gracious hospitality.
