Located right in the heart of Kailua Kona, you can walk to many restaurants, shops and local attractions. There is even a small sandy beach within a 5 minute walk near the pier. Completely renovated in the summer of 2014, these owners have spared no expense in creating a lovely and welcoming home away from home for the traveler. Two bedrooms with queen sized beds, 2 bathrooms, washer and dryer, and a large screened in lanai. The beautifully updated kitchen area is amazing with new cabinetry, granite counters and upgraded appliances. Kona Plaza amenities include free central air conditioning, secure underground garage parking, elevators, a sparkling swimming pool and a huge sundeck with BBQ and picnic areas. Watch the parades, sunsets and other festivities from the rooftop overlooking Alii Drive. Kona Plaza 112 has very affordable rates which will make your choice so much easier!

The bedrooms each have a brand new queen sized bed with luxury linens. Two bathrooms (one with shower, one with tub & shower), plus a full sized washer and dryer. Custom kitchen with granite counters, new appliances and every small appliance & utensil you're sure to need while on vacation.

The living area has two leather sofas and a huge flat TV with DVD player & stereo.

Big bang for your bucks

This is a sweet little hideaway close to all the action on Ali'i Drive. It's a quick walk to the beach. There was some construction going on up above while we were there that was annoying, but other than that it was quite comfortable. It's right next to the pool making for a lovely spot to enjoy meals on the lanai. Management kept the pool and grounds spotless. We were impressed with the amount of room in the condo.

Very nice Condo!

Beginning on April 12 we enjoyed staying in this condo for a week. This condo is clean, neat, and conveniently located. It has a good sized screened in lanai overlooking the pool area which was quiet. The lanai has a nice large table to seat six people. The interior of the condo has plenty of comfortable seating. It's a short walk to shops, restaurants, farmers market, and the ocean. The central air conditioning unit made some humming sounds that we noticed at first, but we became use to it.

Great Unit

I could not be more pleased with this unit. It was very clean, well stocked and everything worked. Everything appeared to be new and the plus was it had central a/c and washer/dryer. The beds were very comfortable. There was a large flat screen TV in the living area and another one in one of the bedrooms. It is a ground floor unit and the large screened-in lanai overlooks the pool. There was a large glass top table for dining on the lanai or just watching the kids while they swim in the pool. Parking was free and located in the basement. There is an elevator that goes to the basement. There is an exit from the basement to Alii Drive where everything is within walking distance. The rental agent could not have been more helpful and bent over backwards to assist us. Thank you. I definitely recommend this unit and would stay here again.

Such a great apartment.

I'm just writing to tell you what a wonderful apartment this is. The photos on the website don't do full justice to the apartment. Feels like it's brand new, great location. It has every single amenity I can think of, and in perfect condition. Beautiful layout, very comfortable, And within walking distance to everything in Downtown Kona. A big thank you for everything.

Excellent location!

Adorable condo right in the heart of Kona. Within walking distance to many shops and restaurants. Very clean and well maintained, and the manager was extremely helpful. We arrived late and had to call for help getting into the parking garage, she was great to work with and gave easy directions. Would definitely stay here again.
