This is a 55plus community and the owner requires a four month rental during the winter season. Beautifully remodeled and designer decorated. This is a large 1,200 square foot property with a great view. A large master bedroom suite with a walk in shower. The second bedroom is currently being used, by the owner, as an artists studio and office. The studio will be available to the tenant or it can be converted to a second bedroom. The condo features Tile throughout, accented with oriental rugs. Reserved parking at the front door and a boat slip out the back.Five minutes to downtown shopping and restaurants. Stuart, the sail fishing capital of the world, also offers paddle boarding, kayaking, golf, tennis and beautiful beaches which feature easy access and wheel chair ramps.

Sparkling, Well Appointed Condo on the water

My husband and I have been here for 3 months and have nothing but positive feedback for any future renters. We reiterate everything in the below review by Shelley! The kitchen collection ( dishes, glassware, pots, pans, serving pieces, utensils, appliances , etc. is the best we've ever seen and we were right at home from day one. The layout provides a lot of privacy if you have guests. We highly recommend staying here. Ed is great to deal with and obviously puts a lot of care into this condo. We kept our 20 foot boat right out back on the dock and it could not be more convenient! Being on the first floor is always a plus. Wish we were able to return next year!

Paradise found

Our experience with Ed was terrific right from the start, as our friend Annie had to arrange to meet him because we were still in NY. He was gracious , generous and fair. Annie had looked at several places for us, but as soon as she saw Ed' s place she called and sad " take it" the house is beautifully decorated and extremely comfortable. The view is wonderful. I am a cook and can tell you that the kitchen was as well equipped as mine. We arrived to a bottle of champagne in the fridge! The location was terrific. Close to town and the beaches. Stuart is a boaters paradise. I'm not a golfer but I understand there are many public courses to choose from. The complex is kept neat and clean and we always felt completely safe. There are three pools to choose from, two area heated. We made friends quickly with a few neighbors who were welcoming. We loved it so much we are going back next year!
