This is the perfect place for beach lovers!!! Best location, few steps to the swimming warm and delightful water. Please be aware for the currents, sometimes they could be strong. Other than bring your sunblock and love the Sunshine! Wake up and enjoy the view of the ocean and palm trees from your living room, kitchen and balcony. If you like sport activities it is the right area for runners, beach-tennis, beach-volleyball, kite-surfing, paddle board, fishing or just enjoy the stunning and amazing sunset!

Walking distance to restaurants, convenience stores, hotel areas and casinos, 24/7 supermarket and pharmacy. 3 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms, Sleeps 6.

Private, quiet and safe building. Only 2 apts. per floor 1,300 sq feet, with 1 parking with your own beeper for building access. Includes air conditioning, cable TV, internet, fully equipped kitchen, water heater and laundry. Also essentials like towels, beach towels, beach chairs, clean linens, hand soap and sanitary paper are included. Second elevator from kitchen access, convenience for carrying groceries and when coming back from the beach. Also service of garbage picking every day at kitchen exit door.

Master bedroom – Queen size bed. Second bedroom – queen bed. Third bedroom – bunk bed full/twin bed.

We love so much our place as much as we are expecting you can enjoy it as your own! Read kindly the regulations. With a confirmed reservation you agreed with them.

*Second elevator - When going down or returning from the beach rinse your sand at the shower located on the first column downstairs & kitchen access elevator must be use always. Main lobby must be keep it clean of sand and dry.

*Please be courteous and respectful to the neighbors -During weekends keep noises after 12:00pm. Peace & Tranquility for the residents must be maintained always. We reserve the right to terminate any agreement in the event of misconduct or illegal activities.

*Balcony windows - Do not hang cloth or towels on balcony. Hangers are at the wall inside of the balcony. Also keep your personal belongings such a sandal, beach chairs, etc. inside the apartment.

*Roof areas – Not allow; private area.

*Bathrooms – To avoid mishaps, please do not toss excessive amount of paper in toilets.

*Electricity – AC's and lighting must be OFF when you're not in the room and last day of departure.

*NON Smoking / No Pets allowed.

*Guests must be over age 25 unless accompanied by a parent or adult

*Lost of master keys or beeper -$70.00 replacement fee.

*Garbage – plastic bags are provided and disposed them with tighten bags supplied. Outside of kitchen door bins are available. Maintenance crew will pick-them every day.

*Washing Machine – DO NOT mix colored fabrics with white ones to avoid stains. At the time of check-out, please dispose of wet towels on the laundry area floor. At the time of departure, must be left them inside of the property. *Damages or stains on bed covers, white towels or comforters, charge will be applied for the replacement. ($15.00 per towel, for comforter or set of linen $60.00)

*Check-in 3:00pm to flexible with previous arrangements. Nonstandard check-in after 9:00pm will be a fee of $40.00

Check out 11:00 am. Late check out 1:00pm with previous authorization. Half day rate will be charged after that time. *When departure bring the beeper & the key with you to drive your car outside & park next to the condominium. Then, let one of your parties get inside from main lobby entrance; drop beeper & key at the kitchen. Exit through the living room & main lobby again. No needs of key to go outside the building.

*Inventory- All property belongings including white, beach towels, utensils is a maintained and checked after departure. Appreciated at the time of check-out, left them inside of the property and please dispose of wet towels in the laundry area.

*Parking – Assigned. Once at inside building parking area, you spot is the last one left side, next to the beach. Please assure to park parallel to yellow lines.

*Occupancy - The guest agrees that no more than max guests shall be permitted on the Property at any time during the rental term, all of whom shall comply with the conditions and restrictions imposed upon the guest under this agreement and the person under this contract will be authorized to check-in at the property. Extra guests/visitors must be restricted.

*Condition of the property – Property is provided in “as is” condition. Rental agent shall its best efforts to ensure the operation of all amenities, such as internet access, satellite or cable TV access, electricity shut down if storming cause for storming weather. Rental agent/owner shall not be held responsible for such items failure to work, but will make every effort to correct any issue as reported as quickly as possible.

*Cancellation of reservation & Policy (strict)- Before to check in you must have informed to our browser by written your intention and or reason. Each case will be managed accordingly per each website policy and conditions stablished.

-100% refund for cancellations made before 31 days in advance prior to check-in date.

-50% Refund for cancellations made between 15 days to 30 days prior to check-in

-NON-refundable 15 days previous to check in.

*Waive responsibility - We gladly handled our property for the enjoyment of your stay. We can suggest places for visiting, excursions, services and restaurants. Those visits are only under own guest's desire. In a case of an unfortunately incident /accident occurred inside, outside of our property during your stay or while visiting suggested places, the guest released us completely from responsibilities and agree to not carry any legal actions against us.

*Infants and toddlers - please notify when infants or toddlers are part of the family group. We can provide one pack-and play for your use. Wet comforters, require an extra special cleaning; extra fee of $35.00 must be charge.

From the airport, take Baldorioty Ave. Drive around 15 minutes until you get out in the right marginal, on top of the bridge that connect with San Jorge's street. On the light turn right and drive down the hill, pass another light on Loiza st. (convenience store and gas station are in both corners). Keep driving until the next light that connect with Ashford street (that's the main street that runs all Condado and parallel with the beach. Turn right, and in the next street turn left (there is a two floor white home at the corner). Drive up to the end of the street. Our building is the last one on left side color white and yellow; next to Acasia hotel. The main gate to entrance with a car is next to the hotel. Your park letter "R"; park parallel to yellow lines. Welcome!! You are here!

Appreciated very much! * When returning from the beach please rinse the sand at the showers downstairs located on the first column and ALWAYS use the 2nd elevator on the back that connects with the kitchen. The main lobby must be keep it clean and dry. *Excess of noises are not allowed in the building. Consider the neighbors. Peace & Tranquility must be maintained at all times. * Use hangers and wood stands at the balcony to dry towels or wet cloth. NEVER hang or throw anything through the windows. Keep your belongings inside the apartment. * Roof area - private only for residents use. * Bathrooms- Do not toss paper in the toilet if not necessary. Can't get closer to the Beach

If you like the beach and the ocean, this is the place to go. The pictures accurately reflect the Condo and Maribel is a very welcoming and gracious host. We found the location very central to the activities that were of interest to us. We visited the rain forest (a 1/2 hour drive), Old San Juan (15 min. drive) and went zip-lining (15 min. drive), and paddle boarding (5 min. drive). We also ate well as there are lots of good restaurants close by. We did rent a car and that made getting around quite easy. Parking spaces in the Condado area and Old San Juan are hard to find but they do exist (your parallel parking skills will improve). However the reserved parking space at the Condo makes a car rental feasible - gated parking right outside the back door. So if you are looking for a location in San Juan that is central to everything, yet right on the beach, this is the one for you!

Best Location in San Juan

The photos are accurate and don't do the view justice. This is why you go. Maribel was fantastic with both the property and helpful tips. The property met and exceeded our expectations in every way.

Open the place up and let the ocean breeze go through, because this is one of the things you'll miss after your stay. One thing that may throw you: no screens on the windows. The ocean wind was constant during our stay and there was simply no need for them. The A/C is nice to have, particularly after spending an afternoon walking through Old San Juan, and for sleeping.

We chose not to rent a car during our stay. There is a major supermarket within walking distance, and they will deliver both you and your groceries back to the property. Several public bus lines are close, with stops equal distance. This is how we accessed Old San Juan and given the backup in traffic we usually saw there, it's the way to go. The buses were very clean and ran about every thirty minutes. Sometimes you can catch a special free bus that takes you straight to Old San Juan.

There are several restaurants nearby and we had some excellent mofango at Bebo's, which was about a four-block walk. There is also a nearby park and playground for the kids.

The ocean is fairly gentle, particularly just a few feet beyond where the waves break. The water was warm and we stayed in with our kids for long periods. They loved playing in the waves. Maribel provided several items, including towels and an umbrella, for enjoying the beach. You'll have to work out a sand protocol before returning to the apartment, and there is an outdoor shower to help with this.

The sand is finer and feels softer, probably due to reefs which ring several places along the north coast. There was never a big crowd at the beach. We got out early one morning and saw a fisherman pull what looked like a type of jack fish out of the water. It was easily 25-30 pounds. There is kiteboarding just up the beach and it seemed an ideal location for it.

We highly recommend this property. It was a wonderful stay.

Great condo!

You can't get any closer to the beach. Beach here is beautiful, with lots of palms if you want shade. Maribel is a fabulous hostess. The condo has everything you need, with nice sheets and towels. The bedrooms are spacious. Beautiful views from living room and kitchen. Very comfortable and also felt very safe. Walking distance to lots of restaurants. Our favorites were La Cueva Del Mar, La B de Burro, Pinkie's, and Pirilo--could walk to all of these. It's nice to have a designated parking space also. Will stay here again!

Wonderful host and great place to stay

We decided to take a family vacation with our two adult children. The apartment was perfectly located on the beach. Within a short walking distance there were great restaurants and interesting things to see. We felt very comfortable walking around at night.

The apartment had enough room so that everyone was comfortable. The view of the beach was fantastic! We cooked a few meals and the kitchen was well appointed.

Our host Maribel was delightful. She met us when we came from the airport and explained everything. She had a well organized set of notebooks with lists of uber drivers, tours and interesting things to see in the area.

We would highly recommend this apartment for anyone's vacation stay as it is conveniently located, spacious and safe.

Perfect Beach Condo Experience!

The location of this VRBO couldn't be better...gorgeous views, right on the beach, spacious and airy rooms, comfortable accommodations....within walking of grocery shopping, a variety of great restaurants, boutiques, and services. A real bargain. The weather was perfect for a twelve day, late April stay. Our group all agree, we want to come back. Thank you, Maribel!!
