This is the perfect place for beach lovers!!! Best location, few steps to the swimming warm and delightful water. Please be aware for the currents, sometimes they could be strong. Other than bring your sunblock and love the Sunshine! Wake up and enjoy the view of the ocean and palm trees from your living room, kitchen and balcony. If you like sport activities it is the right area for runners, beach-tennis, beach-volleyball, kite-surfing, paddle board, fishing or just enjoy the stunning and amazing sunset!
Walking distance to restaurants, convenience stores, hotel areas and casinos, 24/7 supermarket and pharmacy. 3 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms, Sleeps 6.
Private, quiet and safe building. Only 2 apts. per floor 1,300 sq feet, with 1 parking with your own beeper for building access. Includes air conditioning, cable TV, internet, fully equipped kitchen, water heater and laundry. Also essentials like towels, beach towels, beach chairs, clean linens, hand soap and sanitary paper are included. Second elevator from kitchen access, convenience for carrying groceries and when coming back from the beach. Also service of garbage picking every day at kitchen exit door.
Master bedroom – Queen size bed. Second bedroom – queen bed. Third bedroom – bunk bed full/twin bed.
I can guarantee a pleasant and fun stay and you will love to come back!
*Helpful directions fro arrival:
Search with GPS or google map: Acacia boutique hotel, calle taft, san juan, puerto rico
(Costa Azul is located next to the hotel; left side. White gate entrance immediately after. Beach front)
* From the airport, take Baldorioty Ave. Drive around 15 minutes until you get out in the right marginal, on top of the bridge that connect with San Jorge's street. On the light turn right and drive down the hill, pass another light on Loiza st. (convenience store and gas station are in both corners). Keep driving until the next light that connect with Ashford street (that's the main street that runs all Condado and parallel with the beach. Turn right, and in the next street turn left (there is a two floor white home at the corner). Drive up to the end of the street. Our building is the last one on left side color white and yellow; next to Acasia hotel. The main gate to entrance will be left side next to the hotel. I’ll be in the apartment to open the gate and welcoming you! You must park on the assigned area mark as letter “R”; last one on left left side. Please park parallel with yellow lines.
BUILDING REGULATION AGREEMENT:
We love so much our place as much as we expecting you can enjoy it! Read kindly the regulations we appreciate to be followed.
*When going down or returning from the beach rinse your sand at the shower located on the first column downstairs &
ALWAYS use the back elevator. Main lobby must be keep it clean and dry.
*Please be courteous and respectful to the neighbors. During weekends keep noises after 12:00pm. Peace & Tranquility for the residents must be maintained at all times. We reserve the right to terminate any agreement in the event of misconduct or illegal activities.
*Shall use the Property for residential purposes only and in a careful manner to prevent any damage or loss to the Property and keep the Property in clean and sanitary condition at all times.
*NEVER hang or throw anything through the windows. Keep your belongings such a sandals, beach chairs, etc. inside the apartment.
*Roof area – Not allow; private area
*Toilet- toss moderate paper. They can get clogged by excess
*Electricity – friendly environment. appreciate AC units, light turn off when you're not in the apt.
*Absolutely NON Smoking inside or balcony ($250 penalty)
* No Pets allowed.
* Guests must be over age 25 unless accompanied by a parent or adult
* Lost of master keys or beeper -$70.00 replacement fee.
*When departure. Appreciate leave clean/rinse dishes or in the dishwasher.
*ALWAYS drop garbage on tightening plastic bags outside the kitchen trashcan supplied. Maintenance will collect them every day.
*Ck-out, bring the beeper & the key with you to drive your car outside & park next to the condominium. Let one of your people get inside again & drop beeper & key at the kitchen. Exit through the living room & main lobby. No needs of key to go outside the building.
*Ck-in 3:00PM- Ckout 11:00 am. Late check out 1:00pm with previous authorization. Passing the time of late ck-out, ½ day of the rate per day will be charge.
*Parking – Assigned letter “R”. Please assure to park parallel to yellow lines.
*Washer and dryer machine - For 1 week stay can be use; do not mix colored fabrics with white ones. Damage white towels we charge $10.00 for each one. For 6 days or less, we supply sufficiency towels during your stay. Machine not available.
*Occupancy Guest agrees that no more than Max Guests shall be permitted on the Property at any time during the Rental Term, all of whom shall comply with the conditions and restrictions imposed upon Guest under this Agreement.
*Condition and use of property is provided in “as is” condition. Rental agent shall its best efforts to ensure the operation of all amenities, such as internet access, satellite or cable TV access, electricity shut down if storming cause for storming weather. Rental agent/owner shall not be held responsible for such items failure to work, but will make every effort to correct any issue as reported as quickly as possible.
*For bookings on prime dates (Christmas and New year Eve) each week Can’t be split.
*For 2 weeks stay - a onetime cleaning will be required. Cost $80.00 cash
