This is the perfect place for beach lovers!!! Best location, few steps to the swimming warm and delightful water. Please be aware for the currents, sometimes they could be strong. Other than bring your sunblock and love the Sunshine! Wake up and enjoy the view of the ocean and palm trees from your living room, kitchen and balcony. If you like sport activities it is the right area for runners, beach-tennis, beach-volleyball, kite-surfing, paddle board, fishing or just enjoy the stunning and amazing sunset!

Walking distance to restaurants, convenience stores, hotel areas and casinos, 24/7 supermarket and pharmacy. 3 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms, Sleeps 6.

***Notification: Dear guests. During the month of May, our building its working with a painting job at the west side of the building; parking area. The administration asks kindly to follow the temporally parking instructions while work can be finished.

*Access to your parking will be permitted to be use after 2:00pm until next morning 7:00am. Since work starts 7:00am until 3:00pm. Meanwhile, cars can be park at the white lines next to the building at Taft street or any space available on street. From Friday to Sunday is 100%available.

*To walk-in into the building, entrance must be from Taft street; principal lobby. DO NOT access through the parking or beach side. Only after 3:30:00pm

Appreciate your patience, understanding and cooperation. Looking forward to the job can be promptly finished!

Private, quiet and safe building. Only 2 apts. per floor 1,300 sq feet, with 1 parking with your own beeper for building access. Includes air conditioning, cable TV, internet, fully equipped kitchen, water heater and laundry. Also essentials like towels, beach towels, beach chairs, clean linens, hand soap and sanitary paper are included. Second elevator from kitchen access, convenience for carrying groceries and when coming back from the beach. Also service of garbage picking every day at kitchen exit door.

Master bedroom – Queen size bed. Second bedroom – queen bed. Third bedroom – bunk bed full/twin bed.

I can guarantee a pleasant and fun stay and you will love to come back!

*CHECK- IN: 3:00PM to flexible with previous arrangements.

*CHECK-OUT 11:00am. Late check out 1:00pm with previous arrangement. When leaving, if you have a renting car, bring the beeper and the key with you to drive your car outside the building. Park at the side on the street and let one of your parties get inside again through the small gate. Drop the beeper & key at the kitchen. Exit through the living room and the main lobby. No keys need it to open the doors for exit the building. Appreciate turn off A/C and disposed food out the counter kitchen; crushing machine under the zinc. DO NOT toss plastics or paper. Thank you!

*Please note that our property is NOT self check-in. I personal receive my guests. Check-in is 3:00pm Check -out 11:00AM. Sometimes could be flexible depends on the hour requested.

*When going down or returning from the beach rinse your sand at the shower located on the first column downstairs &

ALWAYS use the back elevator. Main lobby must be keep it clean and dry.

*Please be courteous and respectful to the neighbors. During weekends keep noises after 12:00pm. Peace & Tranquility for the residents must be maintained at all times. We reserve the right to terminate any agreement in the event of misconduct or illegal activities.

*Shall use the Property for residential purposes only and in a careful manner to prevent any damage or loss to the Property and keep the Property in clean and sanitary condition at all times.

*NEVER hang or throw anything through the windows. Keep your belongings such a sandals, beach chairs, etc. inside the apartment.

*Roof area – Not allow; private area

*Toilet- toss moderate paper. They can get clogged by excess

*Electricity – friendly environment. appreciate AC units, light turn off when you're not in the apt.

*Absolutely NON Smoking inside or balcony ($250 penalty)

* No Pets allowed.

* Guests must be over age 25 unless accompanied by a parent or adult

* Lost of master keys or beeper -$70.00 replacement fee.

*When departure. Appreciate leave clean/rinse dishes or in the dishwasher.

*ALWAYS drop garbage on tightening plastic bags outside the kitchen trashcan supplied. Maintenance will collect them every day.

*Parking – Assigned letter “R”. Please assure to park parallel to yellow lines.

*Washer and dryer machine - For 1 week stay can be use; do not mix colored fabrics with white ones. Damage white towels we charge $10.00 for each one. For 6 days or less, we supply sufficiency towels during your stay. Machine not available.

*Occupancy Guest agrees that no more than Max Guests shall be permitted on the Property at any time during the Rental Term, all of whom shall comply with the conditions and restrictions imposed upon Guest under this Agreement.

*Condition and use of property is provided in “as is” condition. Rental agent shall its best efforts to ensure the operation of all amenities, such as internet access, satellite or cable TV access, electricity shut down if storming cause for storming weather. Rental agent/owner shall not be held responsible for such items failure to work, but will make every effort to correct any issue as reported as quickly as possible.

*On Prime Season dates; weekends of Christmas 23th – 25th or New years Eve 29th to the 1rst Eve, can’t be split*For 2 weeks stay - a onetime cleaning will be required. Cost $80.00 cash

Appreciated very much! * When returning from the beach please rinse the sand at the showers downstairs located on the first column and ALWAYS use the 2nd elevator on the back that connects with the kitchen. The main lobby must be keep it clean and dry. *Excess of noises are not allowed in the building. Consider the neighbors. Peace & Tranquility must be maintained at all times. * Use hangers and wood stands at the balcony to dry towels or wet cloth. NEVER hang or throw anything through the windows. Keep your belongings inside the apartment. * Roof area - private only for residents use. * Bathrooms- Do not toss paper in the toilet if not necessary. Can't get closer to the Beach

If you like the beach and the ocean, this is the place to go. The pictures accurately reflect the Condo and Maribel is a very welcoming and gracious host. We found the location very central to the activities that were of interest to us. We visited the rain forest (a 1/2 hour drive), Old San Juan (15 min. drive) and went zip-lining (15 min. drive), and paddle boarding (5 min. drive). We also ate well as there are lots of good restaurants close by. We did rent a car and that made getting around quite easy. Parking spaces in the Condado area and Old San Juan are hard to find but they do exist (your parallel parking skills will improve). However the reserved parking space at the Condo makes a car rental feasible - gated parking right outside the back door. So if you are looking for a location in San Juan that is central to everything, yet right on the beach, this is the one for you!

Wonderful host and great place to stay

We decided to take a family vacation with our two adult children. The apartment was perfectly located on the beach. Within a short walking distance there were great restaurants and interesting things to see. We felt very comfortable walking around at night.

The apartment had enough room so that everyone was comfortable. The view of the beach was fantastic! We cooked a few meals and the kitchen was well appointed.

Our host Maribel was delightful. She met us when we came from the airport and explained everything. She had a well organized set of notebooks with lists of uber drivers, tours and interesting things to see in the area.

We would highly recommend this apartment for anyone's vacation stay as it is conveniently located, spacious and safe.

Perfect Beach Condo Experience!

The location of this VRBO couldn't be better...gorgeous views, right on the beach, spacious and airy rooms, comfortable accommodations....within walking of grocery shopping, a variety of great restaurants, boutiques, and services. A real bargain. The weather was perfect for a twelve day, late April stay. Our group all agree, we want to come back. Thank you, Maribel!!

Lucky to have stayed here!

We stayed in Maribel's condo for 4 nights with a group of 6 women, and it was wonderful from start to finish! I honestly can't really think of any complaints. Our hostess Maribel was friendly and readily accessible, gave great tips on things to do in the area (massages on the beach!), and even was thoughtful enough to leave us coffee & muffins. The condo is conveniently located RIGHT next to the beach, and also near a grocery store and many restaurants. It's also only a ~10 minute drive from the airport, and ~15 minute drive from Old San Juan (we used Uber and cabs to get around just fine).

Like other reviewers I also have to recommend the nearby restaurant Tresbe for the BEST fish tacos, served outside in a casual atmosphere. We all agreed that we were lucky to have found this condo and would absolutely stay here again should we visit San Juan in the future. Thanks again for a wonderful stay Maribel!

I appreciate to receive information of your arriving time, flight number and if renting a car. Check in its 3:00PM. Check out 11:00am

From the airport, take Baldorioty Ave. Drive around 15 minutes until you get out in the right marginal, on top of the bridge that connect with San Jorge's street. On the light turn right and drive down the hill, pass another light on Loiza st. (convenience store and gas station are in both corners). Keep driving until the next light that connect with Ashford street (that's the main street that runs all Condado and parallel with the beach. Turn right, and in the next street turn left (there is a two floor white home at the corner). Drive up to the end of the street. Our building is the last one on left side color white and yellow; next to Acasia hotel. The main gate to entrance with a car is next to the hotel. Your park letter "R"; park parallel to yellow lines. Welcome!! You are here!
